Yes, I owned the Little Lou (Eggshell) from the 2006 Bal Harbour Resort Collection 🥰
I must say I really love to see all the nice MJ bags. I guess, Marc Jacob’s was my first love, than fall out of love and get a connection again after a longer pause. That’s kind of funny, never had that before😆. Maybe the price increases by all fashion houses and the lack of quality got me back to MJ. And I love to safe decent bags which are unloved ☺️ and give them a good home.
The quality of vintage MJ is jaw droppingly impressive after seeing what the fashion houses are trying to charge now for bags without zippers or pockets or decent linings... Yes, they're heavy AF but I also love "rescuing" them for sustainability and style reasons.
I love when the bags arrive and look so new! Like they’ve been held waiting just for you. And for almost 20 years! Your cat seems to approve too 😂
She ist also into bags 😅 sniff test is very important 😅the first thing at or quality control at home 😆
Happy Friday! Just realized I never shared this addition here. Got this Quilted Maria from SS09. So many great features - still had the lock and the key (hidden in the clochette), the quilting/woven leather, the chain strap and of course the tassels!

Sorry for the long-winded story — I’ll summarize best I can to cut it short!! 
I had to do a double-take when I saw this offered as a TRR 1st Look!
Someone else actually added it to their cart so I assumed I missed out, but got lucky when the other person apparently changed their mind because it became available like 10 minutes later!!
When this collection was originally released, everyone was so in love with it, but it was also pretty pricey so most of us just assumed we’d admire it in the stores. Then we discovered the SLGs & everyone got excited — excitement turned to disappointment when we learned that the boutique didn’t order these and the department stores that did, didn’t order this color (which is the one everyone wanted!!). We all assumed this color just wasn’t produced, then someone shared spy pics from the MJ boutique in Dubai where they appeared to order just about everything from this collection (if you read through that thread, you might get a sense of our desperation/disappointment back then!!) and VOILA!! there it was!
No idea how it wound up at TRR 15 years later it did and its mine now!!
From the 2009 S/S collection, this is the Memphis Pouchette in Beige
