I want to recommend Jade Wu in Soho chanel.She also speaks Madrian.I bought a bag and 2 shoes form her.She is very nice and very helpful.There is one shoe that did not have my size but she call different store to mail to me.

YES!!! Nausheen is amazing, SO polite and excellent product knowledge!
She will find it if it's out there and send you whatever you want if it's available. I live overseas and she has shipped me items I couldn't find in my country. Maria from saks is okay, but i wouldn't recommend her at all. She is kind of pushy and doesn't seem to know what she is talking about. Tirsa, the other SA isn't pushy, doesn't know what she's talking about either. I always buy my items at actual Chanel boutiques.
