Hi all, I recommend Erin. She was very friendly and diligently looked for the bag I was looking for (Classic Mini Flap). Even though Saks was sold out of it she got in touch with her friend at Neiman--which was totally going above and beyond. I highly highly recommend using her!

Erin is awesome! she helped me find my black caviar jumbo with GHW before the increase! I didn't think it would be possible! She'll work hard to get you what you want!
I have worked with many, many SA's over the years. Some have come and gone, others were not responsive or kept their promise. I very often need to call various boutiques and stores to find a specific bag /color. I'm the type of person that waits till she realizes she needs a special type or color for an event or trip. I have to say that ALYCE from NM in Tysons Corner is the very best. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I'm going to second this. Unable to find my bag at any local stores, I saw this post and gave Alyce a call. She promptly sent me a text and has been working with me this afternoon. Regardless if she is able to find my bag, she has been on of the most attentive SA's I've worked with. Thank you bagnurse for the recommendation!

I highly recommend Peggy Urban from Nordstrom in Seattle. I recently wanted to make my first Chanel purchase and got her email from here and wrote to her. She was so quick with her replies. She helped me my find the Chanel Red Patent Camellia WOC and kept it on hold for me and I finally purchased it today and can't wait to get my hands on it. She was really sweet and replied to each and every email of mine.
I highly recommend Derek Dugger from Saks, Indiana. 
He is extremely nice and very easy to work with. He replies quickly to emails and was very patient with my numerous questions. He was able to get me a black caviar jumbo w/ GHW before the price increase. I originally wanted one with SHW but when it was unavailable after searching/ordering from the distribution center, he gave me different options instead of just saying "sorry thats impossible", which is what happened with other SAs. He was recommended to me on here by a tpfer and im glad i purchased my first chanel jumbo flap from him.

I agree with [email protected]. I never shopped there before. I called her this morning about the classic WOC (my first Chanel purchase!!!). Anita was extremely nice and helpful. Now there's a WOC with my name on it when it gets off the boat. thrilled!!!I highly recommend these SA's. Each of them have been incredibly attentive, and always find me what I want.

about a month ago i bought my first at Wynn.... I only had 3 days to look for this bag and I was greeted by a wonderful SA. Because it was just before the price increase their store was almost depleted and she ended up calling every single store in US to find the bag I needed. Most of the stores weren't very cooperative to send out any bags either because they all wanted to keep the sale for themselves. But in the end she found one in Florida and even overnight couriered it to the store for me to pickup the very next afternoon. I was extremely pleased and will definitely go back for her.
BTW this is Elizabeth at Wynn. I've recommended her to a few of my friends who's visiting Vegas and all were quite pleased with her.
