it's alright. I just went to the boutique today and only saw your post when I came back home.

I was served by Sharon Brandecker. Well, she is not rude, but she is not helpful either. I asked for WOCs and wallets and the selection is really miserable (nil for WOCs and there are only 2 designs for wallets). When I asked when will new stocks be coming in, she just responded nonchalently with, "Oh...I don't know...". :shrugs: in a oh-I-pity-you tone...

I was like :huh: "Is this how you do your business?" And the other SA who was there overheard it but just ignored me.

Oh well, not doing my business is her loss.

Just had a fantastic shopping experience at Berdorf Goodman. I met a gentleman by the name of Michael Castro in the Chanel boutique on the 2nd floor. Love his story.....he had been a vice president and executive for the company for many years until he recently decided to become a personal shopper. He was refreshingly friendly, had a great sense of style and was so knowledgeable about the whole store given his experience. I reserved two Cruise bags with him and can't wait to also do my wardrobe with his help. Finally a real professional who understands the importance of being nice too!!
