Anyone has a good SA at Nordstrom (other than Carolyn mentioned by Lalique)? I have always had somewhat negative interactions with Nordstrom SA's when it comes to Chanel. Very frustrating!

The best SA is KIMI in NYC Bloomies. I do not care for the rest. She really helped me a great deal with exchanging items and searching for various items, and holding them for me. Plus, she's very polite.
