Leslie at Chanel at Holt Renfrew in Toronto. She goes out of her way for you. Wendy and Hisano at Chanel in Holt's Calgary are also super nice.

Are there even any good SA's at Saks in Beverly Hills? Every time I go in there to browse nobody even says hello, they're just all chatting behind the counter (a big no-no in retail!)

Same experience here, just like the NM next to it and the boutique across. Must be the Beverly Hills' attitude!!!!

Emiko at the Toronto Bloor Street store is fantastic !!!!

She managed to find me my flats I wanted during the busy Christmas rush!

^ I just called Las Vegas Wynn boutique store for international order and spoke with very very nice SA Carrie!

I've had a few SAs turn me down until after christmas because its busy season (which is fair enough) but Carrie helped me out! Also, everywhere else said jacket charm only for large purchases but Carrie is going to give to me with my CJ and flats!

Marcia - Saks, Chevy Chase. Patient, personable, and very friendly!!! I was there for about 2 hours hemming and hawing and never once did I feel any pressure from her! (and I walked away with a black, caviar, single-flap maxi.

I highly recommend her!!
