I started shopping in Portland since it is so close from Seattle. They also don't have sales tax if I pick it up there. Esther is very nice, as is her coworker Laura. They are both young but very knowledgeable, I think she has been there a long time. Esther really understands about which bags you are looking for and is very picky about quality and getting me a perfect brand new bag and best possible available. I always love opening a brand new bag before anyone has touched it. I bought at Neiman Marcus in Bellevue and I have not received this kind of service. In Seoul Korea they don't even let you touch the bags, they use gloves to touch them and don't want you to try the displays. Neiman Marcus has a lot of stock but they are not as nice and take a long time for simple transaction. I get good and or bad service in Seattle. Some of the sales associates there are not as knowledgable. Usually people on forum know more than some SAs. I think Esther knows a lot about Chanel because she usually knows what I am asking for or what bag my friends as looking for when I ask. She has even offered to find out where I can find a bag if she doesn't carry it.
