Did you make another recent purchase? I normally get anywhere from $100-200 off when I have made a recent purchase from their past sale(s). I got the $100 last week but haven't found anything to use it on. Not sure if it expires? I always get told in advance about their upcoming sales, or I used to. It seems that if you don't consistently purchase they no longer notify you in advance of sales. The bot texts, not real people.
I got it and haven’t bought from them in ages. Not was I ever a consistent buyer from their site. They text me all the time, their bot calls me “ null” instead of my name.

That's interesting! (and means I don't need to purchase to get a credit!). I've noticed I get the credit maybe 2 weeks after a purchase so I always associated it with a purchase. The bot has my name right at least! but it told me thanks for my purchase from Dior and I've never bought Dior, so it seems to have my purchase history wrong.

They do that fairly frequently, I get texts from them all the time with discount offers. They texted me about the $100 credit on March 3rd so my guess is that it was site-wide.
That's good to know! I was afraid it was a mistake and they would change their minds. LOL

Yes, I bought something back in November. I didn't realize they just randomly reward you with store credits. I didn't get an email about it or anything. Good to know!

I don't get texts because I won't give them my cell number, I still have a landline!

I can’t remember when all of the texting from Rebag started but it was within the last year I think.

I have purchased from them and have been very pleased. My orders have come very well packaged. Communication is great, too. The credit seems random and at random times. It's nice that you can used the credit along with a running promotion

Maybe it's good to buy from them but probably not so good to sell to them, they returned my bag even I had sent them all the detail pictures before and accepted their quote after they had reviewed all the pictures. They did not give me any explanation other than "Not within our internal guidelines". My guess is the quote the person gave me was too high.

Same. And they do not honor their buyback price structure. When you buy something it says you can turn it around for X% but they refuse to honor that. I made a purchase (brand new item) and tried to sell it back (still brand new) and they offered more like 50% when they had stated 70%. And I had to send a boatload of pictures and it still wasn't good enough for them, they wanted more and more. Not a fan of their selling process at all.

This is all so interesting to me. I got a great deal on a "Special Offer" leather LV that was listed as Good condition. I thought it was in excellent condition, the price was lower than I had ever seen (and I still sometimes look), and I never received any text messages from Rebag.

What's the deal with the Special Offer pricing? Maybe that's where the fun is.

Whoo... I'm pissed. I purchased an LV item on eBay from Rebag. Normally I look directly at their website instead of purchasing through eBay but this item wasn't on their website. That made me suspicious that it probably wasn't really in stock but I purchased it through eBay anyway. I had a feeling there was going to be a problem. Four days later and they hadn't shipped or messaged and now today I get this message:

Hi there, many thanks for your recent purchase. We wanted to reach out to you to let you know that while our team was fulfilling your order, they noticed additional wear that was not reflected in the listing. This item has heavy separating along the exterior edges along with the current listed condition comments: "scuffs and wear on exterior, darkening, wear and watermarks underneath handles, wear and minor ink marks in interior, scratches on hardware". We sincerely apologize that this was missed originally and would be happy to offer you an additional 5% off. We see this bag was purchased during our 20% off promotion so this would bring your total savings to 25% off! Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with your order. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

I replied that no, as tempting as it is to buy your heavily damaged bag for 5% off, neither your pictures nor your description showed anything substantially wrong with the bag. So now I would like you to cancel my purchase and provide me with a full refund and please do it in a timely manner as you have been holding onto my money for 4 days now. No response yet.

Refund received. It's pretty bad when you have to check a seller's off eBay store to see if they really have the item in stock and/or in the condition they said it is. I hope they don't relist this with the same pics and description.

I’m so glad you received the refund. Rebag is sketchy IMHO, they gave me a 100.00 credit and took it away after three days.

I purchased an LV bag and had to return it due to description error- communication was somewhat strained but a refund happened. This made me concerned and hesitant to try again but as another person recently posted on this thread, I too, was given a $100 gift credit so figured why not? I will spare you the lengthy details but the gift credit disappeared after I attempted to use it and once again communication was complicated - chat feature/rep couldn't explain why. Additionally, I asked a lot of questions about the item of interest to avoid any surprises and had the most confusing conversation in which the rep provided conflicting information and appeared not confident in their responses. I was shopping during a sale event and timing was important --- everything seemed to need another departments "double check" which would require waiting until the weekend sale was over. I might add about a year ago I was selling some LV items and figured I would see what they might pay amongst the the other resellers. They were really all about pristine condition items and super specific about what they will consider. oh, and the pictures they expected to make a determination were over the top. When I see some of the trash they now sell, with very limited and often poor pictures, I ask myself where did that "pristine" criteria end up? I said to the rep, 3 strikes and you're out, passed on the item of interest, unsubscribed and blocked their constant solicitations. Creepy vibe.
