Raffaello Network is not a legitimate seller of any of the brands on its website. It is selling high quality fakes, models that often don't even exist in the true collection of the designer, so please check the real collection of the designer before buying.

If you go to this place anyway, at least you'll know that you will get a fake, and you will the judge of what price you want to pay for this.

My references are my from my own research, including contacting designers, and authenticing a pair of shoes I bought from Raffaello Network (logo obviously applied reverse, unusual hill, unusual tag, unusual label, and model number that simply doesn't exist). Please beware.

Are you serious????? Oh my gosh... I'm honestly shocked. I've only heard that they sell authentic things. I haven't heard good things about their customer service or anything, but that's incredible. Thanks for sharing this.

Raffaello network is not legitimate (you could have found looking at older posts in which I wrote). I did my own research, including contacting designers and authenticing a pair of shoes I bought with them, and they are not an authorized seller and my shoes were fake.

What you can do is still buy a high quality fake... however, I do advise you to look the true collection of the designer before buying : some models on the site don't even exist.

Good luck.

You only have one other post and to be honest, you're the FIRST and only person I've seen say this - between Google and tPf. I don't know what to make of it.

Raffaello are legit, and their goods are authentic, but the return policy is awful. You will have to pay 10% restocking fee!! And $25 postage without declaring the true value of your return!! so make sure you will be keeping your purchase and you will be fine.
Hope it helps.

I have made two purchases from Raffaello Network. The first was a pair of slingback pumps (Sergio Rossi). It took so long to get the shoes, that by the time I received them, I had almost forgotten about them. This was about 4 years ago. I decided to give them another try a week ago, hoping that their service will have improved or that it was a fluke. Despite the fact that both pairs of shoes that I ordered were either noted on the website as being "in stock" or would take "2 to 3 days" before they can ship it, I still had not heard anything about shipping. I contacted the company. Neither of their telephone numbers (US and UK) worked. They both went to voicemail. The online chat was offline for most of the day. When I finally got on the online chat, I was told that the Italian office was closed for the day, so they couldn't tell me anything about the status of my order, but that they would contact me the following day. Today, I received an email, saying that the items are on backorder, so it will take some time to organise its shipping. Basically, they don't know when they can ship it. They may or may not eventually ship the items, but in the meantime, my credit card has been charged. If I were a bit more suspicious, I would think that they were running some sort of scam, leveraging exchange rates or interest rates. I have decided to request to cancel the order and request a refund. I have also contacted my credit card company, who are prepared to dispute the charge by Wednesday, if by then they still have not shipped the order. I may not have minded, if only they let me know (before I asked) that the items were on backorder. Based on these two experiences, I would not recommend purchasing through them. Yoox can also take some time to ship, but nothing like Raffaello Network, so I have made purchases through them, as well as Shopbop, Stylebop, My Theresa, Net-a-porter, Mr Porter, and My Wardrobe. I can recommend these other online retailers, without reservation.

So sorry to hear that. But raffaello have some things that other website doesn't carry but after heard their customer service was so bad, it's kinda disappointing. I'm just curious is that website selling an authentic items? I read some reviews said the website is legit but some don't. :confused1: so please anyone who has bought something from them give some reviews, maybe I still have some luck with this them. TIA :smile1:

They are legitimately the worst company I have ever dealt with ever!
I emailed over 20 times to an order than should have apparently been shipped 'immediately.' After FINALLY getting back to me they sent me and email saying that they couldn't get one of the items and it took them 11 days to find that out! Then they FINALLY sent the pair of shoes that I ordered - and THEY HAD BEEN USED!!

After everything I went through to get some of my order - I couldn't believe it - the whole bottom of the shoes were scuffed - NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from them.

BEWARE!

Has anyone had any experiences with the site recently? I am looking to buy something from them but I keep seeing things about how they are not great to deal with, am wondering if the deal i found is too good to be true?
