Hello, I am interested in purchasing a bag from Raffaello Network, but I have seen minimal good reviews and more bad reviews. I know it can be easier in posting bad experiences then good ones, and as you are the experts (I am very new in this) will you tell me about this site. I did find one thread but had very little information. Thank you.

OMG- they are #1 on my s#!t parade

http://forum.purseblog.com/prada/gaaaaaaahhhhhhh-raffaello-why-599184.html

Their 'customer service' is horrible. In the US it apparently consists of one person- an up the azz bish named Dawn who was as rude as the day is long. I contacted them over a dozen times by email - different days/times and it was always Dawn.
Oh and phone contact? Don't make me laugh. Every time I called I got an answering machine thanking me for calling and that they were sorry that even though it was during business hours there was no one available at that time to take my call -nope, can't leave a message- call back again another time.
It was by far the absolute worst excuse of an online shopping experience EVER!!@#%

Sounds like Rafaello Network is not to be trusted. Why are they on the list of trusted online sellers? Isn't there some way to edit that one? TPFrs who don't read this thread and see them on that list may end up with alot of frustration.

Anyway, if you are getting crap product, total run around, and have really tried to get this corrected with the vendor, you can always call your credit card for a "charge back" or "dispute of charges". Have plenty of evidence that the vendor has basically not fulfilled their contract with you..defective product, charging incorrectly and not correcting the situation. Keep track of communications, names, dates, etc. If you have proof that basically the vendor is in the wrong and not correcting it, the investigation will end up in your favor and you will get your money credited back to your card.

You know what, I think we should edit the list .. and while we can still indicate that they sell authentic items, caveat emptor should apply. I think that if you are ordering outside of Europe, it's definitely NOT worth the hassle.

Oh NO! I should have read this thread before ordering from Raffaelo! I just purchased (thankfully) 2 small Prada bags (total is less than US700), but I haven't received any delivery confirmation from them, and it's already over a month. I sent them email to cancel 1 bag, but haven't heard from them either.

Today I sent another email asking the status of delivery again. It's rather difficult to "chat" with the customer assistant since I live in Perth-Australia and the time difference is huge.

Now I don't know what to do. Do you think I can call my credit card company to cancel the transaction?

Would love to hear from you all.

Thanks!

YES!!!! I would call your Credit Card company immediately and cancel the transaction!! They held onto my refund for 1 month; when I spoke to Amex, they indicated that the refund should be immediate (RFN was giving me some BS about the USD <-> Euro conversion). They are likely making money on the transaction, being able to store it in their Account.

A suggestion .. we should be able to "rate" the Authorized Sellers and allow for comments, so that people can make their own decision on whether or not they wish to buy from a particular Vendor.

I had a so-so experience recently.

Ordered an Anthra Maxi Twiggy from Raffaello as a last resort. I'd been curious to try this new-to-me style, but had no luck finding one in person. The Rafaello "sale" price was basically the retail cost here in the US, so I figured why not? I'd heard mixed reviews about their service, but no one has complained about authenticity issues.

My confirmation/email receipt indicated that the bag would ship w/in 2 business days. I got busy with work, and nearly 10 days had passed before I remembered that I never received tracking information for the bag (and no one called from home to let me know that a package was received). I waited around for the online customer service chat, and was finally told that the bag was on back-order for 7-14 days. It was getting close to the 14 day mark, so the CS rep told me that she would get in contact with the "buyers" and respond to me with an ETA w/in 24 hours.

I was aggravated by the lack of communication, but in the middle of a business trip so it really didn't matter if I had to wait another week for the bag to arrive - I wouldn't access to it for a while, anyhow.

A full week passed with no follow up from the CS rep, or any updates on the back-order status from anyone at Raffaello. By coincidence, I was at NM in King of Prussia, PA and saw a Maxi Twiggy on display. It was the wrong color but I tried it on to guage the fit and discovered that the style definitely doesn't work for me (strap is too long, body too cylindrical, it just looked silly on my short frame).

That night I got online and sent a request to Raffaello Network to cancel my existing order. It had been nearly 3 weeks with no communication from the retailer - with the exception of an unenthusiastic reply to my pointed inquiry.

I was pleased (and kind of surprised) that Raffaello cancelled my order and refunded the full purchase price within 12 hours of that request. However, I would not order from them again because I found the lack of communication frustrating. There was no sense of urgency about my order.

I've ordered online from Bal.com, ******, RDC, Barneys and Bag Passion and had great experiences! If I can't find what I want in person, or by calling around to Bal boutiques, I'm just going to stick with the retailers I already know and trust.

Hi,

I almost purchased some Bal bags from this website...just wondering if anyone have purchased from them before? Do they sell authentic Bbags? How's the quality? Any bad experience from them?

Thanks for the help!

I have ordered few fendi from them and they are authentic, but the service is non existant. No email to tell you they have shipped, no tracking number!!! It took a week to reach the uk so delivery was pretty average.

Hullo!

I'm planning on placing an order with Raffaello Network, but before doing so, I thought I'd ask for people's opinions on it, since I'm a tad sceptical about placing online orders since there are a very small number of online retailers for Celine.

Has anyone of you had any prior experience with this site and can shed light on their customer service, authenticity, return policy etc? I'm unable to find much information on their website.

Cheers.

I think you should do more search on google about this company and see for your self. And not being able to find return customer service information on their website already gives me a red light. Not saying they sell fakes, but you can see how if you have a problem, chances are you're going to have a hard time dealing with them

I did look at the Celine bags, idk, somethings off with their pictures, I looked at the trapeze, it just weird looking
