I have not heard anything. I seriously doubt if they have everything linked up.
And even if they are linked up, I doubt the "rule" will be enforced on some of the true serious addicts.

I saw someone ask about it on another thread and someone else answered yes, but I came here since this is the thread about the topic to confirm it.
Glad you guys on the know have said no. I’m sure if this was really going on everyone here would be panicking!!
It would be an ORANGE PANDEMONIUM!

Even if they link it up, we still have one for DH and one for moi per semester. That's plenty in normal cases. I think when they eventually link it up, they can detect the resellers a lot more easily (until they find a new way to operate). That means better selection for the rest of us.

Of course, I'd just expect my SA to mention that buying these bags two weeks apart would lock me out until July, but instead it's all "what else are you looking for?". Nothing about how my POs or other bags might have to wait.

I read through this thread and must have missed this. Does anyone know if the Constance is a Quota bag in NY (Madison)? I really want a B30 but wouldn't say no to a constance though I don't want Constance if it will 'hurt' my chance of getting a B30. I have to start a relationship with a new SA so I'm starting from scratch. Thank you!

Now that it’s almost the end of January, has anyone been able to buy two quota bags in two different countries this year using the same passport (or, alternatively, purchased a quota bag in one country but been told in a second country that you couldn’t get a second bag this semester)?
