I think this is very pretty! I think it is very kind of you to consider her and bring her into the jade fold.
I don't know about color polish, so hard to tell when jade changes so much depending on lighting and photo technique. Do you have a loupe? If zoom in with a picture does it look any different?

With Lippy, there is a place on the inner rim where instead of feeling like a round circle, it feels like a rounded edge, like flat little shelf or "lip" that sticks out a little. It's not a corner the way it would be with a flat D shape, but it's not round the way a princess round should be. It is like someone started rounding it, but didn't go back to finish it.
The bangles were inexpensive, about $80 for the 2 of them, so I am pleased with what they are for that price.
Thanks Tiffins! Hubby is not keen to send the bangle for a check. The place is v v far fr our place. He is not keen to drive all the way back given that the bangle is inexpensive. I'll just have to keep my fingers (and toes) crossed...
The green & gold looks very luxe & rich together. Beautiful! Your antique bangle looks big though. Is it comfortable to wear? Does it spin around a lot?
The travelling time and distance is so stressful, i know. Lets hope for the best as photos can exaggerrate the image. Your picture 1 looks natural enough. Should cheer up granny enough that grandaughter-i-l cares for her. We have fair share of golden girls in our family and they really lit up when someone gives them attention especially an "ang pow" at the lunar new year. Its the thought Daisy. Bless you.

Hi Tiffins, the only plus point that i have fr this bangle is its high chime. Almost as shrill as Malaccan Beauty. Hoping for the best
