The shiny gold one :p (am a sucker for shiny stuff).

My mom was at my place when I got it, so I instantly put it on my wrist to show her my new "bangle". First after her "oh"-ing and "ah"-ing over my new jewelry had stopped, did I tell her it was a purse hook. And now she's hooked (pun intended)

Good for you (and her!) I have the brushed gold and the brushed silver clipas. I have been doing a lot of traveling lately and I make sure to always have one with me; they have been very handy several times!

I have a beautiful one that my sister gave me for Christmas one year. (She uses them too because her Coach bags NEVER touch the ground) I don't use mine for my Coach bags, but I do use it for my LV Speedy 25. The only time I won't set my bags on the floor (no matter the brand) is on the metro, the bathroom, and the movie theater. No way!

Hey Coachies! Just curious if any of you use a purse hook? I never thought one could hold my heavy load but on a whim (thanks to Living Social), I just bought 3 FUMI hooks that can also be worn as a bracelet. Per the little bit of research I did, they hold up to 25 pounds. Anyway, just thought I would get opinions from the experts. Share what you use!

I have 2 Clipa hooks (gold and silver) and they are great, they hold up to 45 pounds and are very versatile. I use them often to suspend my bag from the back of the seat in front of me on the commuter train. Yesterday at the doctor's office I used a single clipa to hang both my purse and my mother's bag. They can also be worn on your bag or as a bangle:

I've never seen this one before. I like that you could even wear it like a bracelet if you wanted to. I'd tuck mines in the inside pockets somewhere.

Thanks for the links, I will check them out! I bet you get a ton of use out of your Clipa living in the city. Some days I think I may need something to hold 45 pounds, lol!

I do! I actually live in the suburbs but work in the city. I used to use the clipa occassionally - at a restaurant, in church, etc. but now that I am a commuter it gets used a bunch. It drives me crazy when I see a woman dumping beautiful, expensive bags onto the filthy floor of the train!

Yup! I like this one. I was in a public bathroom once with no hook on the door. It was bananas! I have a purse hook rec. as a gift, but it's not very compact, so I was about to buy a foldable one. Glad this one was brought to my attention. Just ordered one! :-)
