I got the gold and silver combo purse hook set from Bed Bath & Beyond too! I don't remember how much but I DID remember to use my 20% coupon. :tup: I bought some for my mom and mother-in-law too.

I saw a bunch of really cute decorated ones at this store we have here (not sure if its in other places as well) called Sam Moon. Despite the fact they sell a bunch of imitation stuff. but they have a lot of cute accessories. :)

I bought this same brand at Walgreen's for the same price--$9.99. I bought a bunch to give as Christmas stocking stuffers for all the elderly ladies in my family and they were a big hit. They come 2 to a package with a velvet carrying pouch. Mom said they were handing these out for free during bingo at the senior center, several of her friends have them and they like them.

If you get it from Bed Bath and Beyond you can use a 20% off coupon on these too and they end up being 2 for $8 (plus tax.)

There are tons of brands putting these out, but I thought I'd start with the inexpensive one (the same As Seen On TV model Purse Hook a few of you mentioned, but it is also sold at Linens N Things for the same price) to see if I'd use it all. Turns out to me much more handy than I thought! While I put my purse on the chair when I can, some chairs do not accomodate, so I whip out my handy purse hook and voila, my cute hook holds my purse away from germs and in sight! Love it! I was worried about the 'tacky' factor at first, but after using it, I love it and think it's more cute and shows your love for your bags than being tacky.

I use purse hooks all the time. I bought a dozen of them one year to give as stocking stuffers, but ended up putting each one in my purses, so I'd always have them handy. I found them on Ebay a while ago. Each of them are a different design, like cloissone, very pretty.

Oh I use my purse hooks whenever I need to. Mostly use em at restaurants tho. It's so funny sometimes I get looks but I don't care. Just as long as my bag doesn't get dirty it's fine. Plus now I try to hang em on the table in the corner so it'll be less noticeable. lol. They're soo handy!
