I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Harry, 38, has accused the late Queen of being involved in an agreement with the publisher of The Sun and the News of the World. He says his brother secretly accepted a “very large sum” in compensation from the publisher in 2020.

The judge questioned why details of Harry’s legal claim filed in 2020 failed to include the alleged secret deal which the duke now says means the publisher accepted it would not try to block his compensation claim because it was too old.

The judge added: “Another thing that is troubling is what appears to be a factual inconsistency in the current pleaded cases that the Duke of Sussex did not have the knowledge [of the alleged wrongdoing] before 2019 and your proposed amendment seems to say he would have brought the claim in 2012 but for the secret agreement.”

Harry’s barrister, David Sherborne, said the claim in 2012 would have been “totally different”. He said there was a “draft” of an amended particulars of claim which contains the alleged secret deal.

The judge replied: “I am talking about the factual inconsistencies in the case as pleaded.”

Harry said he now understood his father’s staff at Clarence House blocked his claim as they wanted to keep the media on side “in order to smooth the way for my stepmother (and father) to be accepted by the British public as Queen Consort (and King respectively) when the time came.”

News Group Newspapers [NGN], part of News UK, which also owns The Times, is seeking to “strike out” Harry’s claim by arguing that he missed a six-year deadline in bringing the case.

Sherborne apologised for the duke’s failure to appear at court. He said Harry was preparing to return to the UK for his father’s coronation on May 6. The duke watched Monday’s hearing via video link despite it starting at 2.30am in Los Angeles where he now lives.

1. BP and NGN had lawyers draw up papers for the settlement, both sides are surely under an NDA about it.
2. I wonder which members of the BRF were officially covered by the agreements.
3. How does H know about the Secret agreement? unless he was covered by it?? And the BRF represented him, against his will ???
4. H has two beefs : he did not like the hacking, he did not agree with being railroaded by family/firm.
It is too late to file about hacking. Does he have anything to show he Did not want to be represented by BRF in the matter ???

I think Catherine also has skinny legs (not unattractive as MM) but C wears longer skits, tights or long pants - avoids SHORTS - C makes it work - but I was struck by the two of them during the funeral walkout, rare full length shots without coats

OMG, this reminds me of something I can only describe as "Night of the Living Dead"...

Once after a dissertation dinner in a private cabinet I was having a few drinks at the bar with the party attending the dinner. There were some revellers on the nearby dance floor having a grand old time and I started to get a teensy bit annoyed with a couple of Barbie girls shaking their shimmy a bit too close to our table trying to impress a businessman fervently trying to show off his best Travolta moves sweating in his suit.

The place was of course a bit dimly lit so for a good bit of time I assumed all the girls there in the group were roughly the same age (they were dressed almost identically and with similar hairdos, giggling together)... until one of them suddenly turned around to shake her tail against the businessman and to my horror I realised she must've been at least 80... :shocked: It was like the girls had dragged their grandmother (or maybe even great-grandma) with them for a fun night out... Imagine a very skinny, extremely tanned and extremely wrinkly old woman in a skimpy mini-dress with peroxide blonde extensions (or a wig) with make-up applied with a trowel and the weary look she gave us while continuing her tail feather shake... :whut:

I will never forget the horror I felt and the giant question hovering in my mind (WHY?!)... I mean, I am all for doing whatever you like and wearing whatever you want despite your age but... I can imagine M being like that woman in the future.

Catherine is super slim but have you seen her muscles? She seriously works out I think and plays a lot of sport. MM will just have skinny fat.

They both actually believe they were wronged by the press, the family and BP. Doesn't matter the evidence to the contrary, the millions spent on them and the glowing press they once received and the coddling of them by family and staff, giving them everything they wanted until they slammed up against immoveable laws and standards (like not accepting lavish gifts and merching the royal brand) or Angela Kelly. :)

Neither of them is smart enough to see the forest for the trees and both of them are vindictive. They have to be right, especially Harry, who threw his entire life and family away otherwise. So, they desperately want an apology from KC3 and they pursue lawsuits in an endless attempt to be proven right about something, or anything.

Eventually, there won't be anything for them to sue about. Harry is already having to go back 10+ years to dig something up and these current lawsuits will eventually grind to an end. The tabloids will maybe take a tiny bit of extra care when printing something about either of them, run it by the lawyers one more time before it goes to press, just to avoid the hassle of a nuisance lawsuit down the road.

Harry was always an entitled, arrogant a-hole, consumed with jealousy of his brother - and causing headaches for William for years. Charles saddled William in asking him to deal with Harry.

Palace PR constructed the “cheeky lad” prince, to cover his drinking, drug taking and awful behaviour. They probably hoped he would grow out of it. But in doing so, Harry never learned to take responsibility for his own actions.

Drinking and drug taking? Oh that’s the tabloids fault for labelling him. Dressing like a nazi? Oh that’s Williams fault for not telling him ”don’t”. Mental health issues? That’s his fathers fault for the way he was raised (I wasn’t hugged, didn’t ride bikes etc) and his brothers fault too.

Apart from Oprah, where Meghan showed just how nasty and spiteful she is and Netflix where they both whined - He is the one telling stories, filing court cases and giving interviews with the intention to hurt his own family.

What a disgusting person he is.

They truly deserve each other.

I think Catherine has long (unlike M) slender legs but with some muscle tone. she is athletic and a lot taller
