I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

There are actually quite a few pictures of her online wearing shorts at sailing and similar events. She does have slim legs but they are toned and in proportion to the rest of her figure. She doesn't look like a box on stilts. In fairness, you can't always change what you're born with, but if I were MM I wouldn't be flaunting those toothpicks.

My son has skinny calves. Lucky for him, I cultivated his self-esteem, with an emphasis on intelligence, character, manners and being grateful for what he has, including his looks. He works out every day, and is very muscular. Genetics, however, won’t allow for that much calf development, and even so, he is very proud of what he has accomplished in the gym.

I feel sorry for people like that young man, who felt the need to insert foreign objects into his body to feel good about himself.

I was lucky to have a mom who was completely honest about what I should emphasize and what I should hide.
The same can’t be said for Flower, who, I suppose, was always told she’s perfect.

That way they could leak show it early and get in there quick first thing in the morning, before the millions line the procession 6 May. LA is 8 hours behind London, the Coronation happens way before A will get out of bed.

I mean, reports kids live in a cupboard with nannies. M doesn't even live with them any more preferring to be closer to LA, and H thinks it's really important to fly halfway round the World to attend a court case he doesn't have to. Obviously the kids are really important to them - but only as excuses, props, titles, money and for conversation- not as people.

Sometimes, they act like the entire world wronged them, which they likely believe because other countries (the Commonwealth :whistle: ) aren't stunned by their perfection and begging them to come over for a State Visit to impart their wisdom on all matters and present them with freebie diamonds and gold.

She sees herself as perfection, and, if not perfect, there is always surgery, wigs and Photoshop. She and the Handbag must be praising each other's perfection as foreplay.
