I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

The MM wiki pages are heavily moderated, someone must have checked the EXACT language.
PS just checked .. it says Northwestern is her ALMA MATER, does not state degree type. ALMA MATER is used as a euphemism for school attended ????

couldn’t do it either. He couldn’t even handle the Colbert show with an audience and that is pre-recorded.

I hate like to say it but much as I dislike him, I didn't think he was so bad on Colbert (assuming you don't dislike him)

I’ve always found it very strange that we never saw pictures of her graduating or with friends from college. That’s literally the most photographed time of my life.

Geena Davis just admitted that she didn’t finish Boston University after telling people she graduated from there for years. I’m sure the BU paper wrote about her as a notable alum, and I doubt the administration would make a big deal of it, who would it serve?

I think a lot of celebrities are full of BS, but lack of pictures doesn't necessarily mean anything.
When I was born in a third world country, my parents had to scrape together enough money to hire a photographer to take some baby pictures of me, since no one owned a camera. No picture of me until about 3 months old. Throughout life, I don't have many pictures of me. My son recently asked me for pictures of myself in my 20s, and I am at a loss. I don't have many from college graduation or even graduate school graduation. Of course, this was before smart phones, but apparently no one in my family thought to take pictures!

BTW not sure why it needs to be explained to someone who apparently was once smart enough to earn a PhD, but saying you're an only child when you are not is a lie, and it seems the Markles are over Markle's lies.

Just a barrister (like your lawyers). They are given cases by solicitors and speak in court (solicitors can't).

She is leading a crusade against FGM (good) and her research is gender inequality (good).

FYI: She is also another one capitalising on the Markle name for her own profile and is very ambitious

I had read one of her ridiculous posts a few weeks ago and didn't want to click on her profile again. I knew she was some sort of professional and should know better. I would have an issue if my lawyer was posting anything in defence of those two

I don't know how anyone would truly know that besides Charles. I am somewhat pessimistic and have a hard time believing this type of thing, however badly I wish it were true!
I also don't believe all the Harkles PR about how "desperately" KCIII wants them at the Coronation. I don't know what to believe when it comes to this any more.
