I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

She knew they were leaving. Harry said it himself, they were planning to leave even before the wedding. So, she didn't care, they weren't paying her (as she infamously said), these appearances were taking up time she could have spent with her PR people and her lawyers negotiating various contracts and deals for their exit. So, instead of seeing it as a great opportunity, a privilege and a learning opportunity, it was just drudgery to her.

I think they were always planning on leaving too. Not sure if Hazz was at this point, but she never had any intention of staying. They only place she ever cared about was being famous in California.

I have been thinking about the comment she made on the Nutflix doc, when she said that even Oprah was shocked at how small Nott Cott was. When exactly did Oprah visit them? Before the wedding or after. We all have the impression that TW didn't know O when she invited her to the wedding. Was she visiting them after the wedding to set up the interview?

I know TW said on the O interview that she had only spoken to her by phone and that the time wasn't right for an interview? When exactly did Oprah viti them at Nottingham Cottage? Am I missing something?

If Kate wears an outfit to honour the guest country, her team researches and buys from a designer of that culture. Of course that was not good enough for her, hu?

But this is not even about the BRF. This is about someone's house of worship and she showed up like this.

If "double-sends make up" means sending TWO copies of the book but only billing the customer for one, Lady C mentioned that in one of her videos. Not only was she the surprised recepient of Am@zon's "generosity" but i believe she said that she'd heard from at least 7 other people (not sure if they were personal friends, YT Followers or a combination of both) who had the same experience. That little trick could account for tens of thousands of "gift" copies, maybe more.

I wonder if Am@zon did that on their own (how would it benefit them to lose so much money just to inflate sale numbers?). Or were they "persuaded" to throw their own profits down the toilet by some entity desperate for big numbers?

I really hope someone in the publishing biz who hasn't signed an NDA with the Snarkles, Am@zon or Penguin House writes a book or article about it some day.
