VigeeLeBrun, no I don't. I asked that question and the SA said the ring was special ordered just for me, so I can't cancel.
They also said that they can not get any status on the ring, and they have absolutely no idea when it will come in. It might be a month or 6 months, or longer. This is beyond frustrating. I was told by my SA originally that it would be 2-3 months only.
I was also told that this is how it is with Hermes.
I would not accept the new price since you already paid for the ring in full. I would write to their headoffice if I had to.
