I am actually quite mad at Hermes. I ordered a RG CDC ring back in June 2013, because of the larger size that I needed, they have to special ordered it.
Long story short, I was told that they located one for me in japan. A couple of months later, the ring didn't pass the quality test, so now they have to special ordered it.
I have fully paid the ring, with no ETA (even to this day), and was told that if it comes in after the price increase (most likely it will), I would have to pay the difference. Do you think it's fair?![]()
No, it doesn't seem fair at all! But then, I think that if you SO a bag, you should pay the price of the bag when you order it, not the price it has increased to when it finally comes in a year or two (or more) later!
The thing is, you paid for your ring. The fact that the item has been paid for, in full, should mean you owe H NOTHING when it comes in. I would argue this, actually, if I were you.
