I haven't yet. I was hoping someone could confirm the color but I may just have to get it and hope for the best. LOL
There are a couple of recent videos of the Tokyo store on YouTube which I think might show the Ebene colour if that helps. If you search Polene and sort by upload date you should find them. There aren't any subtitles but you can see the store and bags

I’ve tried watching those Japanese videos with Auto-translate to English, but the captions are distracting. I find myself focusing on reading subtitles and missing out on the visuals. Does anyone feel the same? Is it just me, can’t multi-task in that category

It can be distracting it just makes me wish I spoke/understood more languages and a lot don't have subtitles either but they can still be useful without subtitles if you just want to see the bag. I often find that bags I'm interested in don't have many videos and if they do they are in other languages

Hi, very interested in getting my first Polene bag! I plan for a numéro neuf in mini, in beige, but am open to a seasonal colour too. I am 5'1, and the mini seems like a perfect match.
Do Polene go on sales with their seasonal colours, or drop 10-20% during Christmas or on black Friday, in Europe?

For the NY shoppers (or visiting), I would definitely recommend going to the Polene shop for a really pleasant shopping experience (even if you're just looking around). The colorways in person are all sooo sumptuous and the SA's are super nice about customers trying the bags on and taking photos. It ultimately helped me decide to not get a bag, but only because none of the designs/shapes suited what I needed. At least I don't have buyers' remorse so I'm glad I went and if I'm ever in Soho again, I would still stop by to see what's new as I haven't completely ruled out the brand for the future.

Thank you for posting this. I will be in NYC later this year and I had already planned to visit the Polene shop. Now I'm very excited about it!

Long time lurker, first time poster (on this thread anyway!) I first came across Polene thanks to TPF actually, back in the days when I used to lurk and not post :D IIRC it was early 2018 and this thread had maybe 10-15 pages. I was hooked - I was also looking for an easy, stylish and not expensive bag to carry to school. I bought the numero un in black croc and decided I’d come here and post a 5 year review!

The quality of that bag is beyond words for what I paid. I think it was €330 or 350 back then, not sure what it is now. I have used (and abused) that bag - I carried it everyday for about 1-1.5 years, but less so now that I have a bigger collection. Still, those 1-1.5 years I packed everything from wallet, sunglasses, essentials, phone, charger, notebooks, pens, an extra muffler, and frequently also my lunch into that bag. Opening up the snaps means that you could basically squeeze a body inside. It still looks new, there isn’t a scratch on it (that I can see, anyway)! The handle is just big enough for me to take it arm carry (though it’s a bit of a squeeze) but I usually take it crossbody unless it’s relatively empty. The snaps make it incredibly capacious. About the only thing I disliked was that you do need both hands to get the clasp done, but it’s not such a hassle because you can just leave it open. The flap remains relatively “closed” and your stuff is unlikely to fall out.

I carry it infrequently now because it’s just a bit big for my lifestyle and size - I’m 5’3” UK8/US4 - and I tend to reach for my luxury bags much more, but I love it still.
