How does this forum feel about the chaulk color for durability?

I am debating on getting the dix in either chaulk or taupe. I like the chaulk more but want to be able to wear it often.
The chalk white is not super bright. Its a pretty neutral color and I think it looks great paired with anything. But I also feel like chalk white and taupe, while similar, give off slightly different vibes. Do you have a preference for what colors you wear normally or what color you like more?

Could tell how the Cyme mini is? I don't know how I feel about the double straps. Does the shorter straps get in the way when you open the bag?
I have the full size Cyme so I can't tell you how the capacity is. You can look up reviews online though; I know a lot of people have reviewed the Cyme mini.

The straps don't bother me. I like the option of having shoulder straps and top handle. The leather itself is soft enough where they just flop down nicely or disappear into the bag when not in use.

Went to the NY store and saw the new bags in nubuck. It is incredibly soft and feels like velvet. The SA told me that it is very delicate and have to be very careful with the care of this bag. I think it's too high maintenance for me even though I loved it. I think I will probably get the smooth cognac in the Dix.

The taupe is gorgeous!

I love the cinnamon color! Did the SA say how “difficult” it is to maintain?

I have the Dix is chalk and I adore it. Looks as good as the day I bought it and it’s easily been … 6 months?

Some pics for you, including next to Coach’s ‘chalk.’
