Pochette Metis -- Are the problems solved?!

Yes the cracks will get bigger over time but Lv will repair or exchange it on the canvas pieces but not on the leather Métis.
They do fix them, after my first cracking they only exchanged my flap, after the second hard cracking I’ve got a new one. So I decided to apart from it because I didn’t wanted the struggle anymore
Oh thank you, that's awesome the repaired it twice for you. I'm honestly on the fence. I have the NeoNoe which is also know for glazing and cracking and the store offered me to exchange it for a new bag. The only other LV bag I love is the Pochette Metis. I'm considering exchanging for the Pochette Metis. If you love the Métis just get it! Lv will have your Back if it does crack and you don’t need to be afraid because this is now already an exchange.
