Does anyone know of this Gucci? The seller says she got it in Italy. The serial number is...130941 000926...if that helps at all. Also, does anyone know what year this came out?? (wish Gucci had date codes like LV) I've never seen it before but I am guessing it was in the briefcase category. But what do I know?? :p Thanks, all!!! eBay link is below fyi.

ask for a pick of the inside tag and I'll try to date it. I would also think travel

I've already posted this question twice in different threads and now i have been redirected once again. Hopefully, this thread will give me more good answers to my question:)
Here's the deal, this is a Gucci bag that I got as a present. It was bought in late june/august 2006 in Cannes in France. Does anyone know what model this is? It reminds of bouvier but i don't think that it is bouvier.

Thanks in advance!!!

love it!

Sorry to sound dumb but what does that mean exactly. Is cruise the name of a collection ? :blushing:

No, no, no you don't sound dumb at all.

Gucci have 5 women's collections a year. 6 counting Valentines.

Some overlap and are out on the shop-floor together but in order:

Spring/Summer, Pre-Fall, Autumn/Winter, Holiday, Cruise, (Valentines)

Cruise is for those who go to hotter climates or take cruises in the Winter. It is totally wearable for Spring and Summer too. Usually the style is a bit more carefree, bright or whimsical. In 2008 the Cruise collection was very International 1950s starlets on holiday in the cote d'azur, rock 'n' roll, ingenue. Gingham check, black and white with yellow and corral accents but then toughened with black leather. Motifs were starfish, corral, seaweed, things that tangled in ones hair when 'sleeping' on the beach :graucho:

I suppose the bags name is something like embroidered Indy 2008, you would have to ask Gucci. Probably very few made.

Although there are often less Cruise pieces to go around they are out whilst it is still cold and then on the floor all Summer long.

Maybe I am making it sound even more complicated

Hi ladies, I hope this is the right place to post. I would like to how much much retail was for the Hawaii exclusive Joy Boston (black/brown color combo). Is this bag from 2009/2010? Is it HFT now? Thank you so much.

Hello,
I bought my first Gucci bag yesterday from the Gucci boutique in Chicago. I have been a LV girl but we are going on a trip and I wanted a durable crossbody, so I decided to try Gucci. Plus my SA from LV jumped ship to Gucci and I wanted to throw some business her way. :)

It is a messenger bag, probably either from luggage or mens, but I can not find the model online. The material isn't cloth either, it is almost like a coated canvas like traditional mono or damier LVs. Any ideas? (Also the wallet looks red, but it isn't. It is just a dusty metallic pink, but the bag is true to color, they were also selling it in blue.) Any info would be helpful.
