Please identify this Gucci

Can anyone help with this Gucci bag I found in my grandmothers closet a few years ago. She gave it to me and its just been sitting in my closet. I am not too knowledgeable on vintage bags but I joined this site in hopes of finding out more info.

Okay I don't own anything Gucci yet but HAVE to have this bag!! Can anyone here please ID the style name and let me know how much it is if you know ... and where can I find it online? There's a Gucci boutique in Toronto I'm sure (I think anyway!) but would love to see it online first - thanks so much!!!

I love this bag also. It is new spring or summer line. I don't think it's out yet.

It has these little wood things on the sides of the strap, marked "Gucci"
I don't know exactly but I do remember lots of wood on everything A/W 2002

That bag doesn't actually add-up hisaya, I am afraid I think it's is not Gucci (to put it politely)
I just bought my first Gucci at a consigment store, and think I got a steal, but would love to know more about this bag. Pic is attached...it is black nylon with snaps around the top-sides. ID on the inside tag is 143753/213048. She had it priced at $275 but I got it down to $225. TIA!
