Can anyone (oh, why don't I just say "YOU"!! ) tell me if this travel tote is indeed vintage and how vintage it is?? Guesstimate?? It is up for sale on Yoogi's and I absolutely LOVE it!! It is in such mint shape for being vintage and that is why I am curious as to it's age. (Yoogi doesn't even state that it is vintage). Thank you so much, darling!!! :salute:

Wow, I'm shocked...I thought it was for sure vintage. I still like it but I thought it was vintage in impeccable condition. Kinda ruined it for me. Oh well...NEXT!!!! (...I need a new bag like a hole in the head!!)

It may well be a re-issue of a vintage, I really like the leather strips down the sides of the web-stripe and I think you are correct that there were vintage travel bags that had a similar feature and a similar shape, however the tag and the leather type are incorrect for vintage.

The approximate measurements are 18" tall x 18" wide x 9" deep.

I can't get a clear picture of the back of the tag because it's navy blue and embossed. The number reads 157465212792.
