This was called the Bardot, they have been reissued on and off many times. Can't tell anything else from that serial number but the shape of the tag is '00s.

If you look at the current Stirrup bag they are a very similar shape minus the hardware.

Has anyone ever seen this bag before?? FashionPhile calls it the Borchie Rivet Studded Flap Bag. PT, do you know this bag and do you happen to know when it came out? It looks to me like it should be along Henry Viii on a gawdy, golden throne. SCARY!!

Yes, it's from S/S 2005 under the directorship of Alessandra Facchinetti. I did actually buy 2 bags that year (and a croc belt) but NOT this one. One too many rivets I think

What's the size? It looks big, maybe it's a travel bag or one of the bags they make for outlets. Sorry I can't be more help.

it is quite big. sorry i don't know the exact dimensions but i can fit my regular sized laptop in it and sometimes use it as a laptop bag.
i purchased it at the dsw in SF, i think in 2008/9.

I have the a bag from the same range, it's called the 'Horseshoe' (for obvious reasons ) so I am guessing that was probably the Horseshoe Bucket bag

Replicas do not have names, especially not the name GUCCI
