The only official Gucci outlet in the UK doesn't have an email address and they never answer their phone. How they do any business is a mystery :laugh:

Its a joke....Do you live near a Saks? They may be able to help you out. IF you have and can not find someone somewhere who has seen that bag before open up a claim with PP they will help you. I mean you are doing your best to prove right or worng.

Anyone have any idea / photo of a Gucci monogram shoulder bag/hobo- front horsebit detail, Tom Ford Era. Front I believe had chain detail also; thinking 2003-2004. Major thing on this that made it amazing- there was metallic pink/purple (almost like a mauve/lilac) leather detail stripe on front and the strap was the same. I cannot find it anywhere and mine has gone missing during a move! I am desperately seeking to buy a replacement- any help appreciated!

Sounds like a Horse-bit Day shoulder flap from S/S 2004 or even S/S 2005 (2005 under AF not TF) which has a chain dangling down from the horse-bit but a fabric handle. He mono original fabric would have had a fabric web-stripe not a leather one though. If it didn't have a chain and was a losange shape it wouldn't have had a chain and would be called Horse-bit shoulder flap but with a chain handle.

Even though these were TF or AF era the bag was designed by Frida as she was head of women's accessories from 2002.

Thanks- I had the flap black fabric pink stripe fabric with chain strap. purchased around same time I think. This one I am seeking is larger, no flap whatsoever, no chain strap either. It is a shoulder/hobo style similar to the one below. But not this coloring at all of course. Pink/lilac metallic.

Can anyone help? I have this fanny-pack/belt bag in both red and brown but recently saw photos of a green version. I found some pics--sorry, I don't have a pic with a full-on straight shot of it, but can anyone tell me if there really was a green version of this belt bag? Was this a limited edition color? Or was this a fake color?
