and another question - apologies! But am browsing excessively as you can see: what do you think the leather is on this Bolide? Seems to have contrast stitching (is there a list with the different leather colours and their respective stitching colours?) - so it could be gold, but looks a bit too yellowish for gold?

Hard to be 100% certain without an idea of the production year, but it is coming across as Colvert (a.k.a. Mallard) on my screen. If you have the item in your possession, the date stamp should be on the reverse side one of the sangles.

I agree with TRR’s assessment of the colour being Orange H.

I was thrilled to find this bag which was sold with no name or leather identified. I know the style is Ile de Boo and I think the leather is peau de porc, but I admitedly have a hard time distinguishing between PdP and pecari. What do you all think??

From what I know about the “sister” of this bag, Ile de Shiki (?) this should be porc as well, also looking at the pores/skin. No idea about the color though.

Helpful, thanks! I also love the Ile de Shiki. I think there's another "sibling" to these bags out there called the Ile de Kea, but I've never come across it.
