I thought I had this figured out- I bought a Preloved Heure H on FASHIONPHILE- from the brief description, I surmised it to be the PM size. I’ve been wanting a new strap for it, and finally a black with gold hardware came up on Hermes online. Just arrived today- but it’s way too small- I ordered the 25mm. Next size up I think will be way too big? What am I missing??? Pics of my watch, measurements, and the strap that was sent…

Is the strap that you ordered specifically for this watch model? It looks like it has a different shape compared to your original strap.

Yes, it was supposed to be the replacement strap for the small Heure H, size 25mm. That’s what the receipt says too. But this strap is so tiny and I don’t know how to tell if the wrong one was sent? Obv I’m returning it, but I don’t want to reorder if the same thing is going to get sent again.

How about sending them the photos which show the watch strap against the ruler? They can then measure the straps they have in stock, and also check it's the right shape etc.

I was going to attempt to contact customer service- I do not have an SA because I live too far from a boutique to visit regularly. I’ve only shopped online for the last few years. Hopefully they will not hold it against me that it’s a preowned watch I’m getting the band for!

No reply from Hermes CS yet.
Overseas Hermes sites have the 21mm strap available and the measurements seem closer to what I was sent- even though that size was not available on the US site, nor what I ordered. And of course the black 25mm is no longer available for me to reorder to see.

Apologies for the confusion; by “heat stamp”, I’m referring to the brand stamp on the front of the bag which should read something along the lines of “Hermès Paris Made In France”. What you’ve shown is the blind stamp (or date/production stamp).
