Hello! I'm almost certain these 'Hermès Électrique' Garden Parties only came in Ébène or Gold, so I suppose it would have to be Ébène. If you have a picture of the bottom of the bag (interior or exterior), I should be able to confirm.

Hi there! The colour has to be Menthe (and the leather is Togo). If you look closely at the foil stamping on this bag, you can see that there is a horseshoe to the left of the "Hermès" stamp. This indicates that the bag is Special Order. Since Vert Jade hasn't come in this combination for SO, it cannot be that. While Bambou did come in this combination, it is much more yellow-toned than the colour of the bag shown here. Here is another picture I've seen of this bag from Getty Images:



Granted, the picture is a bit overexposed, but it's easier to see the Menthe hue here.

Vert Jade and Menthe are both blue-toned greens, but Vert Jade is generally darker and bluer, while Menthe is generally lighter and more yellow-toned.

Interesting… probably not Bleu Nuit if it is indeed a 2014 bag. Do you have a clear picture of the lining and of the zipper fabric on top of the bag?
