Did the seller mention a production year for this? I am trying to read the date stamp, but the seller’s picture quality makes it pretty much illegible.

Thank you! Based on the pictures provided and the production year, the colour is most likely Rouge Pivoine.

No. Rouge Tomate did not exist that year, and it wouldn’t have been available for “pre-release” either since it was an Autumn/Winter colour.

Mystery solved! Per bababebi, this Kelly is chamonix leather. Never would have guessed! Also, I had mentally prepared myself for a bag from the 60s and turns out, she's from the 1940s. The bag's in great shape so no complaints.

For 2017 in this leather (looks like Togo to me), the options for true oranges would have largely been either Feu or Orange Poppy. If the seller has a clear picture of the interior zipper pocket (showing stitching, lining, and zipper fabric), that should help to narrow things down.

Can anyone identify if this was a special order bag for an employee? It is the first time I have seen two symbols on a Hermes bag. (shooting star on the front flap and a horseshoe next to the Hermes logo).
