Everyone in this store is nice though. They have some already done mon mono speedy and neverfull's in the back. Ask to see those if they dont have them on the floor. You will fall in love when you try them on..lol good luck! :)


they have been out lately so i see them every time i go in the store. i just worry about the chipping. i have had that issue in the past and i know it will bug me if anything peels or cracks before normal wear and tear should really occur

I know what you mean. I was worried also but i loved it so much i just went for it. let me know what you end up going with. :)

Heads up everyone! My bag just chipped today :( and is only less than 3 months old. Don't get this bag unless you are willing to deal with the fact that will chip and color will fall off sooner than later. I will call the 866 # to see what they say. So disappointed, I was going to get the wallet but now I won't. I've learned my lesson. I am done with LV for now.

I don't live near an LV store. I will call in the morning to see what they can do because I am so disappointed just lasted a couple of months.
Oh no!! sorry to hear about this. I just got mine a week ago. Keep me posted also. I would like to know what LV is going to do about this. Where is the chipping at on your bag? Is it bad?
 
It seems like somewhere,somehow a bad batch has gone through. The time frame of ordering & receiving the batch of chipping is the same .
I'm sorry y'all are going through this and having to deal with this !
 
Well I called the 866# and they told me that they couldn't tell me a definite answer, they said to take it to the nearest LV store (which for me is 5 to 8 hours away) so the SA's could take a look and see if something could be done/repair. That for me is impossible to do right now.

Contact the store and speak to a manager. They need to be made aware of this and take notes and note the day and time. That way when you finally do get to the store ,it will already be noted of when this situation arose.
( ps don't accept a repair ,a new bag or a refund & I wouldn't use the bag anymore ).
