My Sa also told me there is a ten year warranty on the mon mono. I just got my bag . I dont think this is true but you bet that if i had a chip in the paint i would be at LV the next day asking for a repair or something. I do not think there is a warranty but i believe if there is something wrong with your mon mono LV will take care of it. :)

No, i did not do a reveal. i should have though. I loooove it!!!!!! I have used it everday so far. I dont want to put her away but i will have to soon because i got a azur galliera as my summer bag and want to use that , but i am enjoying my mon mono to much :). Go and get your mon mono tuesday!!!!!! You will love her. I did get the gm. I know its big but i love it. I keep my sides cinched in. The mm is a nice size also. I am not worried about the monogram chipping even if there is no warranty. I buy what i love. If it chips , i will take it in to get replaced no problem. Yes, Julie and Lina both told me the same thing they told you about the warranty. i wonder were they got this from? Ask them when you go on tuesday. :)

I have a mono GM Neverfull and it's so comfy. I tried on the Raspail and compared to the Neverfull it is so uncomfortable ! The straps ,I couldnt get them to stay on my shoulders and when I got it there it was not comfy.
Plus the zipper unzips all the way ( like a jacket) so you have to put it down somewhere to rezip it.
Plus when you look at it,check out the one big yellow stitch that is on each strap where it is sewn onto the bag !
Just not for me !

my mon mono is going in next week for repairs !!!!!!! no chipping (thank god!!!) but the glazing on almost the entire bag looks worn and old (it looks 5 years old but the bag is 3 months old tops and also I've barely carried it - carried it 4 times then noticed this!!!!). My SA contacted corporate and theyre taking it back and repairing it complimentary. Not sure to what extent, but she said theyre replacing all the vach that is damaged. Because its not just the glazing, some of the leather looks frayed !!!! She was shocked it looked like this !!! I was shocked and annoyed as well !!! A bag that is made to order for that specific client should never have such defects. No LV should have defects but I understand sometimes things happen. All my other LVs are perfect, but this one is not. Thankfully the process has been pretty easy so far with LV offering to replace the vach, I didnt even have to make a fuss !!! The thing that stinks is my mon mono developed a nice start to her patina while in maui for 10 days, and now shes going to be all white and virginal again !!!! I hate new vach, much prefer patina so this is what frustrates me the most - starting at square one again!!!!!!!

Wow! really?? this is terrible. Do you mean the protective coating thats over the stripes is worn off? Does it look dull? Are the colors worn to? I am thinking of getting a mon mono nf. Hmm.. wonder what happened.

This is adorable! Ok, I'm completely NEW to LV and especially the mono process. How can I go onto the website and play with monogramming colors? I looked and can't find the place on the site. I really like the orange! Did you also choose orange lining :graucho:, didn't know that was an option!!!
