Hi all. I was speaking with someone and she referred to the perfumes of Montale Paris. She talked about how "they were everywhere." And referred to it like it was very well known. I didn't want to show my ignorance but I had no idea what she was speaking of. Where is this well known and everywhere? I have literally never seen it. I love the Blue Amber and have purchased it. I am super curious where it it so well known? Is this a world wide popular perfume? Or a specific area of the world? I live in the USA. Thanks.
LemonDrop, though I am from France and love perfumes, I have never heard of Montale Paris.Hi all. I was speaking with someone and she referred to the perfumes of Montale Paris. I mean, Montale has many fans, but "everywhere"? It's not Serge Lutens or Malle or L'Artisan etc etc. (and I live between Europe and the US).Hi all. It's not that widely known, but it's certainly not an obscure brand. Saks sells it.Hi all. I was speaking with someone and she referred to the perfumes of Montale Paris. A lot of brands, niche and otherwise, have gained popularity due to social media in recent years -- things like YouTube perfume collection and review videos, posts and pictures on Instagram, etc., and also possibly discussion topics on forums. I am guessing that if she follows these closely -- especially content related to that specific brand -- it can perhaps give an impression that everyone has these perfumes and that they are "everywhere."Hi all. I found that anything with Oud in it tends to last longer. Examples: Oud Satin Mood or Oud for Greatness. LV’s Le Sable Roses also lasts super long. Delina Exclusif.Trying to find a perfume that lasts as long as my Opium. It seems to last FOREVER which I love! My only request is no patchouli. I would love to get any recommendations, any scent profile! Thanks![]()
Maybe something from Lancome? A lot of their perfumes (at least the ones I've tried) seem to be pretty long-lasting. I still have a bottle of original Tresor, which has amazing longevity. Nowadays there are also lots of Tresor flankers available. Best to test in person.Trying to find a perfume that lasts as long as my Opium. It seems to last FOREVER which I love!
