To be honest, I'm as clumsy in the store as I am on forums. LOL.

I plan to buy two cashmere scarves, a satin bandana, a belt, and 6 plates. I'm planning to try the Sevres store because it's right around the corner from our apartment. Honestly, I haven't been to Paris in 3 years; the last time I went, I came back with cancer. During this time, I was busy with my treatment. I own B25 which non-registered on my name. I definitely plan to wear it that day, but I don't know which product to ask for help with first when entering the store and how to proceed afterwards.

Also do you have any idea can i ask KTG and CTG as the same time?

leather appointment is normally just for bag.

To be honest, 3 years ago, I've been trying to get an appointment for 6 years and haven't been successful in Paris. That time, my friend just got B25 for me on her name. This year, I'm not planning to try my luck by changing stores and trying Sevres. I have a plan to spend around 2k or 4k. After that, I hope to be able to get a Picotin or CTG. Of course, this way, I think I'll also make some progress towards getting a K25, haha. But if I spend 2 or 4k and come out of the store without getting a Picotin and CTG, my husband might not let me back home.

As I've mentioned in other discussions, I'm not interested in quota bagsfor now. Currently, I own a B25. However, of course, I have a Kelly on my list for the future.

My desire is for very specific colors in CTG and Picotin 18. Because the colors are so specific, I'm not sure what approach I should take.

On the other hand, I'm also considering buying two cashmere scarves, a silk scarf, a belt, 6 dessert plates, and maybe a cardigan. All of these purchases could potentially be enough to qualify for a quota offer in Paris for some people. However, I'm not one of those charming individuals. Haha.
It’s much easier to give advice when one keeps the conversation to one thread so all the details are seen together. With Hermes, you are putting yourself at a significant disadvantage if you are tied tightly to one specific color and have any kind of deadline. If the store doesn’t have that color during that time, which is a very real possibility, you could be out of luck regardless of anything else you do. I recommend loosening your requirements if at all possible or come to terms with the lowered probably. Otherwise, your best bet is to go into the store asap, buy a couple thousand euro worth of the things on your list and then ask for the leather items. Then repeat (the asking, not the buying) everyday until you succeed. If you had a swath of acceptable Picotin and CTG color options, I would say that you are basically guaranteed to come away with them within the long length of your stay under this plan.

Thank you very much for valuing and quoting each of my comments.

Yes, unfortunately, I'm hoping to own the Vert Vertigo-Vert Jade and Rouge H-Rouge Grenat colors. Since they are seasonal colors and I will be staying in Paris for quite some time, I have a glimmer of hope. My problem is that I can't establish a relationship with a sales representative. To be honest, my first Hermes purchase was 10 years ago. I'm not a new customer to the brand, but I've never been able to establish that connection with an SA.

They’re just people. Just be kind and polite. You don’t need to schedule play dates or anything. Ask nicely for what you’d like, graciously accept their answer of “no” if given, and try again tomorrow. For colors, recommend being open to vert comics, menthe, etc. I haven’t seen Vert Jade in a long while and Vert Vertigo is back but may be slowly hitting stores so it could be a tough ask. Haven’t seen many Rouge H CTG either. I think H really appreciates clients who are open to serendipity and honing in on one color can make you seem like a reseller in some ways so again I just encourage you to be open (unless you’re one of those people that absolutely has to have an exact shade, then stick to it as it’s better to go empty handed than have buyers remorse.)

It may seem silly, but actually, my desire for green stems from a totem. I'm undergoing cancer treatment, and we're living with the fear of metastasis due to its aggressiveness. When I first saw this shade of green, I made it a personal totem, believing that if I have this green, it will keep the cancer at bay. Last summer, I was fortunate enough to get the slippers in the color I wanted in Rome. They didn't actually have the color in stock, and the SA was very kind; she made a serious effort to find it for me.

Of course, I'm open to shades in the green and red families, as long as they're not so pop tones.

My SA fear back to 10 years ago. My husband is French. I used to live in Paris and would constantly visit FSH and Sevres stores. Once in Sevres, I was humiliated by a rude SA, and it hurt me deeply. Anyway, times have changed, I've grown. I can surely be more confident now.

Situation:

My best friend and I are traveling to Paris first week of December for a few days.
In advance of our travel, we each placed an online order for personalized Calvi card holder for pick up at Sevre store.
The card holders are ready, we received an email stating the order was ready, and a reminder email stating that "Your order will remain available in store for 4 days."
We don't travel for another 7 weeks and our first email submission to H.com went unanswered, so the next step is to figure out a way to reach out to Sevre store leather/online pick up to hold the items until we can be there.

Can anyone provide any help/comments to reach out to Sevre store team?

Thank you in advance.

-Stressed out
did you end up getting them to hold it til you arrived? also were you able to get vat refund for items ordered online?

I think if you are looking for a non QB and you are pleasant, this should not be a hard ask. Recently I have shopped in Paris buying nothing to crazy and mentioned that while I don’t have an appointment I would be interested in a specific non quota bag. More than once I was given an on the spot appointment for the specified non quota bag. It was made clear to me that no b/c/k could be offered but in each case I was offered the specific bag I had asked for and offered a range of colors. I was not head to toe in H but I was nicely dressed and it was clear from my product request that I knew H products (for example, I am looking for Y in size Z and prefer colors similar to W and X with X hardware -land I really like X and Y leather).
