hi!
new to the forum, I was wondering if anyone had had any luck lately at one of the Paris stores with a B or K?
if so, I would love to know the colour etc.
im looking for a red, black, dark brown or dark green B30 or K28, open to leathers and hardware.
does anyone have an idea of the luck I might have based on the colours etc?

I recently received an offer for K28 although I asked for K25 in neutral (black, gold, grey, pastel pinks or blues). I got K28 in Sage.
It’s basically a lottery, I heard that it’s easier to get neutral colours but it wasn’t in my case.

I walked in two days earlier and asked if they have had any cancellations. I’ve been applying for the appointment like 100 times in the last 6 months and keep getting rejected. The lady who was in charge of the appointments checked that and said that due to the fact that I was applying so many times she will make an exception and will give me the appointment two days later.
So basically they are able to give the appointments but it’s not always the case that they want to. At FSH I was told that no appointments are available and I need to apply online. I was also told before even asked that no B or K are in stock (the lady was super rude).

Hi ladies, I’ve recently went to Paris (I live in EU) and I was hoping to score the appointment as I tried online with no luck whatsoever on my first day I went to FSH asked if they have had any cancellations and I was told that unfortunately they are very busy and they can’t help me. I thanked and went away. I got back next day, the same story. The guy who was in charge of the appointment remembered me but said again I need to try online. I went to George V store and asked about the appointment, the lady was super nice, I told her that I applied like 100 times since July 2021, she checked that in the system of course and said that she can give me the appointment two days later at 10.30. I was super happy and excited. I also extended my stay as I suppose to go back home. So on the day of the appointment I went to the store, I was first in the queue. I met the lady in charge of the appointments and she send me over to the wallets area and told me to wait. I waited around 10min and the SA came to me and asked what Im looking for. I told her and she went to the back of the store. She was gone for less than 15 min and when she was back she asked me to follow her. She showed me kelly 28 retourne ( I asked for kelly 25 or kelly mini in sellier, epsom leather) I was a bit disappointed as even the colour was not what I asked for (neutrals, pastels). But I took it. She told me that it’s all she’s got..
also I was a witness when in FsH one lady was told that they have no B and no K and then next day I’ve seen the same SA selling B 25 in craie to some kind of guy..

In the Hermes appointment request lottery, they ask you for an ID number, not necessarily a passport number. It can be the number of any valid ID, for example a French ID card.

I’d suggest bringing that same ID along if you get an appointment for convenience but experiences are different depending on who you get on the spot. If you’re not applying for detax, any valid ID matching the same details as your appointment should be fine – that’s the experience I’ve personally had. I had another ID with photo but had applied with passport, and the SA was satisfied with it.

Finally this came home with me from the Sèvres store.

I have a bit of pre- spend at all three stores in Paris.
Brief overview of my visit.
Monday - had an appointment at the FSH store booked through my hotel but was offered a black 24/24 which I humbly declined. Tried the Sèvres store same day was told to try online- didn‘t bother.
Tuesday evening, I reluctantly applied for an appointment I wasn’t optimistic had get one. That night(8:15pm) got an email/ text for appointment for 2pm next day.

Wednesday morning got a message an SA was ready for me at 10:48am unfortunately I couldn’t get there at that time. Got there 2pm unfortunately no bags. The lovely SA that attended to me advised I try again the next morning- I might be lucky.

Thursday morning I was fourth on the line before the opening hour- got an appointment, met another lovely SA - told her what I bag I wanted and after a couple of minutes asked me to follow her into a room and was presented with this beautiful piece.

Got a couple of other things to compliment my beautiful bag- needless to say I left a very happy and content woman.

Got back from a really quick trip to Paris this week- was able to get this beauty from Sevre ( I have prespend in the city)…
I saw a lot of bags being offered in the fine jewelry section in FSH ( kelly pochette ostrich gris and B25 red)

Hello lovelies, happy to share that I came home with a beauty from Paris this week. I have been looking for a light coloured K25 retorune in Togo forever and was finally able to bring her home! Initially my SA said there was nothing due to lack of ‘good’ shipments, but then came back with with the biggest surprise for me. I thought beton was out of production but I guess it’s back for 2022 with the U stamp!

You need to perhaps stroll through the chat to see responses but this query has been answered too many times. All three stores from experience have their moments and it depends on who you meet at the appointment leather stand etc. so if you weren’t lucky with one you move to the next and build some sort of rapport with the SAs. I think Sèvres store might be one to try - it’s really hard to say.
