This is amazing.. does this mean they can ship bags too? Or you can also get offered one? Then gets shipped wherever you are in the world?

I called the number on my email, and I was told only in France. Or at least the email is from the French website for shipping in France only. Perhaps if you have a close relationship with a SA, that may be a different story (but I don't, alas).

Oh, that is unfortunate. Got excited for a bit though! I only got the email like yours i guess. I thought some change is being rolled out. I emailed the french website once but was told they cannot ship to my place.
During my last visit in FSH, my SA on that day has given me her card. I emailed her once but did not get a response..

I just responded to confirm that my bag can be shipped. I have not made the FaceTime appointment arrangements yet, and I may not. I think an email will suffice. Generally they have always shipped home, RTW and shoes. I do not live in France either.

Do you think this only applies to EU/UK customers? I live in the US and a FaceTime appointment would be a dream.
