She told me she has gris perle phw evercolor, blue with phw ( i dont remember what blue, black phw, and rouge cassaque ghw ( all in epsom except gris p) she said that if i take the bag i can still try to purchase b/k as constance isnt a quota bag. Since I already have constance mini black box phw and rouge cassaque lindy, I turn down the offer. (Im regret it now) but at that time my priority is the b/k and the only constance they have with ghw is rouge cassaque which i already have in lindy eventho its in phw and i dont really like epsom. ( i wish the griss perle come in ghw). Back to the story, the SA ask me to come back on next tuesday since she’s having a short holiday. She said she might help me to get b/k in gold or etoupe cos its an easy color to get compare to seasonal color. Unfortunately Im leaving on monday and she cant ask another SA to help so she suggest me to go to george V and sevre tomorrow morning (Friday). If I still cant get the bag, she told me to try going back to fsh ask for the cancelation slot.
Friday morning I went to george V and its really crowded. I waited for my appointment like an hour buying oran sandal and twilly in hope that maybe it will help me to get the bag. When my turn came, a male SA came asking what i want i told him the same options as before but i didnt mention griss t this time. He checked his phone and said sorry, they dont have b/k even constance. So I went back to fsh asking the lady at the front if there’s cancellations appoinment and she said none.
I tried to make an appoinment for dh too but he got rejected 4 times. When its getting tiring and i almost gave up, dh got an email for saturday slot around 5.25pm. Im so happy although i heard on saturday the stock might be low and dh appoinment is late in the afternoon.
Around 1pm saturday, dh got an email that his appointment has moved to monday 5pm due to the riot so the store closed. Dh emailed back asking for 10.30 appoinment since we have to catch a flight in the afternoon, and surprisingly they replied the email and allow us to come when the store open. I kinda have a slightly good feeling about it but i dont want to be overly excited as im afraid i will be more upset if i dont get it in the end.
Monday morning around 10.40am we arrived fsh. Dh told the lady about his appointment, she said our appointment is in the afternoon not now, but dh show her the email he got then she check the phone and said wait here for about 10 minutes. We waited almost 40 minutes and the lady told us to wait for another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes dh ask again to another lady since that lady isn’t there anymore. He explained to her that we waited almost 1 hour and we need to go to airport soon, she checked the phone and said, actually im the one who will assist you please follow me and asking dh what he wants and dh told her he wants to buy me a present for our honeymoon. Then the SA ask me what i want, i told her the same option as before without mentioning griss t as well. She ask again if theres anything else, i said garden party 30 in bordeaux. She left for about 15-20 minutes. She came back with 3 boxes and ask us to follow her to the room and close the door. She show me 2 gp30 in rouge grenat and rouge H. Both are nice but i choose rouge H. After that she told me she has no birkin but she has kelly 28 in griss t togo in phw. I was shocked when i heard it in griss t, I immediately said yes without a doubt. Then she ask me whether i want twilly to cover the handle and i said yes. Im so happy and grateful to get my first kelly in paris in the exact color, leather and hardware I want event though my first option is birkin in griss t but i canot complain. :) Anyway, sorry for the very long story. Hermes FSH is closed tmrw hence the 12/3 appt. I’m here as well and got denied appt. Not sure why its closed but I am thinking due to the strike that will take place in Champs Elysee tmrw.
No way to inform them for cancellations unless at the atore personally.

Maybe you can try explaining to them that you can’t come on monday and ask for tuesday appoinment instead by replying back the email. Dh appointment also got moved from saturday to monday afternoon and we cant do it at the time they scheduled us cos we have to catch a flight, so dh email back asking for morning appointment isntead and the allow it. :)

During the 4 days with no success appointment for FSH, I had stop by both George v and 24 sevres everyday, I have told that there are no delivery of b/k/c for 2 days in sevres, so I bought a scarf , card holder , 2 travel pouches and a bag strap on my first day visit , and it was the first reopening for George v so no b/k/c stock available too, unlucky me. I even stops by fsh everyday to check if any cancellations and NO every time.

When the same SA saw me on the 3rd day, I bet her is tire of me going to ask her the same thing again, she told me she is busy and have me to assign another SA , this really makes me upset , when I met the new SA , he asked what else I want to buy besides b/k, I told him my list , and he said it’s better to buy all my list together inorder to offer a bag, but they don’t have most of the stuffs available and b/k/c. My BF told me he saw the SA and host is shaking their head after I turn back and leave. At this point I really don’t want to go back for further try. It ruin my mood for the whole day when you keep seeing them mumbling French behind you. So my Bf and I spend our last night in Paris visiting the louvre.

Suprisly I got a message for confirmed appointment at 11:30 am FSH while we exploring the museum! this is the 5th try for me to success and my bf still got denied. Our flight departs on 2:30pm. I lined up outside fsh before they open, I went straight to the 2nd floor and let the host know I have a flight to catch hope they can assign me early, the host have me wait aside, she need to assign others with 10:30 am appointment first, there are only 2 people before me so I got signed in very quick, i had a good feeling when I first met my SA, he looks very gentle and polite unlike the ones I met in George v.

We chat a bit, I told him my last 3 days disappointed stories at the other two stores and I am about to leave Paris, I told him I am looking for a b or k , if not c or Kelly pochette works, but must be GHW to match my jewelry, my preference for the colors are wide, just no purple or pink, he noted down my wish list and ask if anything else I want , I told him if I am lucky to get a bag I would want a twilly or bag charm to match with it, he asked me for me passport and we looked into my profile, he can see what I have bought during these 4 days in Paris, I would say it’s about 4k euro in total purchases , I think he is making sure if I get any quota bags, then he went to check, my heart is bumping out while waiting and saw the lady next to me following her sa into a room with 3 big orange boxe! So jealous! I waited my SA for about 30mintues , he came back with 4 really tiny boxes , seems for card holders or wallets, and a medium size orange box. I am little worry at this time, I follow him to the room, he just leave the door open, this makes me further nervous, we sat down and he said I have a size 25kelly to show you , i am beyond happy when I heard this, he opened the medium orange box and it’s in Blue azur Togo leather with GHW! I said yes and gave him a hug! The other 3 small boxes are 2 paddock charms and calvi card holders, I picked one charm and we went down stair and picked a twilly. I asked for his business card, thank him again and hurry rush to airport.

I must say there were many moments really makes you disappointed with no hope, for me I feel is more important on which SA you assigned to but not which store you go. so here are the photos of my kelly 25 , I have match with my new strap purchased in sevres .

I’m so confused. I’m trying to get an appointment for FSH on Monday the 3rd, so here I am on Saturday the 1st trying to get online to try to get online to make an appointment. But it says the store is exceptionally closed today, the 1st. Did I need to do this yesterday???

I am currently in Paris and both George V and FSH are closed because of the protests. Sèvres is open but more crowded than usual according to the SAs. The Saturday appointments have been pushed to Monday which is also probably why the site is closed for appointment requests today. I overheard one SA say that there have been no deliveries today due to the road blockages, so stock is what they received the previous day.

Yes, because the store is closed today and the registration is only open during store open hours. It's a very odd way to do things but that's H's way! Next time the website will be functional is on Monday for a Tuesday appointment. That being said, I'm guessing some people registered thinking their appointment would be today but got pushed until Monday and now can't make it so there may be more cancellation spots than usual so try as a walk in.

Thanks so much for your replies. My husband is only going to be in Paris on Monday and Tuesday morning, so I was really hoping this long shot might work. Ah well. I will have him go to the store to try to walk in on Monday, but he is already thinking I’m sending him on “Mission Impossible”!

He thinks the Hermès “game” is nuts and that I should just buy on the secondary market! This probably is going to reinforce his feelings!
