I know what you mean...so here is what I did...I got the appointment and went directly to see the leather dept SA, then I gave her my wishlist and told her that I also had another wishlist with some other items and that I would be happy if she could help me with it after looking for the bag. She brought the bags, some wallets (because I requested) and after my decision she went downstairs with me and helped choose every single thing in my list. I think it helped and she seemed very pleased to help me.

very pleasant experience - in London too - they are usually delighted to help.

We were in Paris during fashion week in July. We had very little hope of getting an appointment at fhs but hoped To get one after our tour of the museum. No luck there but I was very fortunate to have a sa I had worked with before at George v. When I let him know I was coming to town he said he would try but it was highly unlikely I’d be able to get a handbag. Lucky for me my timing was just right! I asked for a b/k In magnolia. Flying to Paris next month...
What is the current status on whether my usa buying history can be seen by the Paris SA or vice versa?
If offered a bag in Paris will that affect my July to December quota here in the USA?
Please help! Thx in advance...

I was in Paris for a week this July and was applying for an appointment everyday using three passports ( me, my husband and mom), we got an appointment once for each of us. Didn’t get the bag.
But I am not upset, I got two bags in previous years when there was a line up system. :)

Sorry to hear. For each appointment, was any bag offered and you guys turned it down or none was offered at all?
