Hi everyone! First post on TPF

Just came back from Paris today, and would like to share my amazing experience at FSH store. Me and my friend came to Paris specifically to get bags from Hermes  After reading this thread, we decided to plan our trip for at least 4-5 days, so to be sure we would get as many chances as possible of getting the bags.
Before arriving in Paris on Monday evening, we already tried to make an appointment for Tuesday, however, received refusal in the evening. Next morning we went to the online appointment system again and entered the details. Later that day we received the confirmation for both of our appointments! I got one at 10:30 and my friend at 11:45.
Next morning, we came to the store together at exactly 10:30 and were quickly introduced to our SA, she was able to take both of us at the same time as out appointment were quite close to each other.
I had a good feeling about our SA, even though she did not even introduce herself, nor were we offered any drinks. She was very straight to the business and asked us what we were interested in immediately. We have prepared notes with our wishes and just handled them to her, which made things much easier. SA went away for around 10-15 min. To be honest, it was really hard to wait  finally, we see her come back with two big orange boxes! She invited us to a private room and showed us our babies. Two identical birkins 35n Rouge Casaque Clemence leather! Exactly what we wanted the most. That was love from the first sight from both of us, and we did not hesitate a minute!
We found the appointment system to be extremely convenient and easy! Still cannot believe how lucky we were to get the bags we wanted the most during the very first appointment. Maybe it was not a busy time for Hermes and they had a lot of bags in stock, maybe just good luck for us :) Nevertheless, the whole experience was just great!

I made a thread about my experience at FSH, but to sum it up I received a 6:20pm appointment during Fashion week and was offered my first choice: K32 GHW Gris Asphalt

This thread has helped me so much from my first B at FSH and now my first K. Best of luck to everyone!

Gorgeous [emoji76][emoji76][emoji76] Read/commented on your reveal thread but I’ll also add here that your story mirrors mine almost exactly. Was denied my first request for an apt but went to the store anyways to purchase the other items on my list. Second request was granted & was offered my 1st choice (K32 Bleu Nuit GHW). You were there Wen/Thur & I visited Thur/Fri [emoji2]

I was super nervous bc of fashion week but it seems that the tides have turned & low stock isn’t as much of an issue anymore.

Congrats again!!!

Hi everyone,

apologies for the late update from my last post but here it is!

I arrived in Paris on Tuesday morning and prior to that I had already requested for an appointment the day before, unfortunately I was not granted one. Upon checking into my hotel around 11:30am, I immediately signed up online again for the next day (Wednesday), and went straight to FSH anyway to survey the store in addition to buying smaller goodies on my wishlist.

As soon as I entered FSH I beelined to the SLG area where I was greeted by a very sweet SA who was eager to help. We picked out a few items - Calvi in rose azalee epsom, Bastia in Souris / rose Jaipur lining in Sikkim leather, compact bearn wallet in rose lipstick chèvre, she then took me to the fashion jewelry / scarf area where we picked out 2 brides de gala love twillies, and a clic H bracelet in rose gold and black for my friend.

When she asked me if I was looking for anything else, I proceeded to trying my luck and asked her if I could fit in a bag appointment, she was extremely courteous and initiated the request on my behalf with the concierge, and was told for me to return around 3pm (it was approx. 1:30pm at the time of the request).

3pm came around and I checked in with the concierge, who graciously requested me to stand by. At this time there were already 8-10 customers with existing appointments waiting to be seen. I was greeted by a new SA at approx. 3:30pm. We sat down to discuss my hopes and wishes - K25 / K28 / B25 / B30 / C18 /C24 , in black, navy, blue, pink, gray, taupe, tan. She was very involved in the conversation, we discussed what I already had in my collection, and was delighted to hear that I was offered an SO back in October at my NYC store. We also ranked importance between shape, size, leather, hardware, in case she had to improvise if she was not able to secure the exact matches on the list. Finally she asked if I was open to non B/K/C bags and I gave her an honest answer that I was really here hoping to purchase B/K/C only. She nodded with a smile and went off.

It was the most excrutiating 15-20 min wait ever! My SA returned with 1 large orange box and 2 smaller boxes (!), and asked me to follow her to the fine jewelry department where we could unbox in peace.

As she was opening the large orange box, she apologized that the stock was going extremely fast and unfortunately she was not able to secure any K or C (my first 2 priorities), but was able to show me a B30. My heart sank as the bag revealed itself - it was Sauge in clemence with gold hardware. She explained that this was the most neutral color she could find, and perhaps it would be a nice color to compliment my light colored denim (which was what I was wearing that day). I tried my best to play along, trying it on in front of the mirror, but it just really didn't do it for me. I proceeded to try my luck AGAIN and asked, would there be anything in pink tones, since that was also on my wishlist. She was very gracious and looked on her iPhone - Ah! there is a magnolia, please allow me to run over before anyone secures it!

5 minutes later, she returned with another big orange box with a huge smile, and there she was, miss B30 in Magnolia, in clemence leather with palladium hardware. That was IT. She opened the other small boxes - a mm size rodeo in bleu saphir with rose pourpre and jaune d'or, which was very cute on the magnolia. The other small box contained a foubis liner which I declined.

I'd say I was extremely lucky to be granted a same day appointment along with managing to purchase a B/K/C bag in a color that I love, on my 1st day in Paris! I was thankful to be able to relax and enjoy Paris for the rest of my trip.

By the way, Tuesday evening rolled around and I was again declined an appt for Wednesday, which would have been a huge bummer...

Without further ado, below please be introduced to Mlle. Magnolia!

Awesome story and I like all of the pink/purple SLGs you got to go with your new pink B. Congratulations and thank you for sharing. I'm glad you asked again to get what you really wanted! :tender:
