U pretty much have to line up between 8-9:30 am to secure an appointment with certainty. Anyone else who line up after this time interval may be at risk of not securing an appointment. However, there may be time slots opening up in the afternoon, all depending on the flow of the day. But this will depend on your luck.

I was in Paris last November, 2015 and in FSH tried to get a B or K to add to my H collection, but there were nothing during the time. I was told by the store that I didn't come in the right time, cause the store was not getting any shipping for 2 days. I was back again May, 2016, I went to FSH shortly after I checked into the hotel and waited in line for about 3 hours. This time, I scored a 35 Kelly, and of course some beautiful cashmere scarfs and twilly. Can't be more happier.
All I want to say is don't give up the hope, the dream will com true someday :)

This is where the new system gets frustrating! If you have time, I would go there when you get there at 10:30. You never know,you might see an SA right away. If you dont see someone, go back after your meeting and see if you can get an appointment. They are open until 6:30. If it is during a slower time (no fashion week, public holidays etc) I think you have a chance to get something in AM and if unsuccessful, go to your meeting and try again afterward.

Finally settled back at home, just want to include the last couple of the goodies.

My FSH sweet SA managed to find me this dreamy fuschia ostrich compact Bearn wallet on our last visit to the store. He remembered I mentioned I would love a pink wallet, but different from the red family, and of course he used his magic wand and found one :). Could I say more about how much I love my SA? :love::love::blush:

The boots were found at the airport, so random and unexpected but very much welcomed!

Other Hermes goodies that I have not included pics in this thread have been gifted to my mamma :loveeyes:

Totally agree 100% with you. I visited Paris around American Thanksgiving last year in Nov, and found nothing, zip, squash! And it was the easier old system.

This trip was so fruitful :loveeyes: despite being with this strenuous new system, I'm off to the Ban Island for few years :cool::giggle:.

Visiting Paris to purchase your dream Hermes goodies = right time + luck + finding the right SA whom you love and who will love you back :love::giggle::blush: and some previous history would help (or at least it seemed that way)

Tramcaro, I totally :heart: your fuschia ostrich compact bearn with GHW! Gorgeous! I like the look of the Neo booties and secretly wished that my country had 4 seasons to warrant me buying this beautiful pair! :p Hope I get lucky like u when I visit Paris next year...:smile:

Thank you all for sharing with me your thoughts on the new system. Would you say by 11:30a, the line for the leather department should be all cleared (i.e. all the appointments available for the day for those who waited since the morning are all taken)?
Yes, my meeting is close to FSH.. probably within 10 mins walk.
I'll try what HavLab suggested. Stop by when i arrived the city. If no appointment left , come back and try my luck if i still have time after the meeting. Even if I don't get the appointment, I hope that I'll have more time to visit other departments this time. My last visit a few years ago was a quick one. My kiddo woke up earlier than what i originally hope for so had to rush back and didn't get the chance to "explore" other departments.
