I have exactly what you had asked for!". He then spelled it out "Black... Kelly... Togo..." as he slowly opened the box. Before I could even see it out of the box, I already jumped to hug him, and my husband was in disbelief "You are serious right?", my husband asked. I caught the glimpse of the bag and started hugging my SA and professed my love for him in front of my husband. I think I hugged him 3 times and said "I love you"

I asked for Etoupe/Graphite (coz I love My Etoupe Kelly) and prefer Togo and PHW , he came with Etain but after I saw this colour on full leather ... He is perfect Boy for Me


I arrived FSH at 8.45 am got 11.25 am appointment , met My SA at 12.25 pm.

It was so gorgeous! I loved the shade much more than etoupe actually.

Hi ladies.
Here is my story:
I arrived in Paris on Saturday morning and didn't venture over to FSH until Tuesday.
1st day: Tuesday, I queued up at 9:15 and got any appointment for 1:15pm. At the time of my appt, I met an absolutely lovely and very pretty SA. I got down to business andasked her for a neutral-colored Kelly in size 28/32. Unfortunately, she didn't have anything to offer me. We chatted for a little bit about the new system, this year new colors, and the high demands for Kelly/Birkin. Afterward, I thanked her for her time and trouble, and just before we left, she gave my friend and I her card. She told us to come again tomorrow morning and asked for her.
2nd day: Wednesday, I lined up again. When it was time to schedule an appointment, I ask the hostess specifically for my previous SA. The scheduler called the SA on her phone and and went ahead giving my a 2:20 slot. I then went over to the scarf section to buy a scarf for my mother and just about to pay, my SA showed up. I was so surprised since I thought she couldn't see me until much later. I felt very fortunate! She then brought me into a private room and asked me to wait for her. I was flabbergasted that she even remembered my name and my choices with the sheer volume of people she see everyday at FSH.
Ten minutes later, she came back with a large box, a 32, black Kelly, PHW in swift leather. I tried on the bag, but didn't like the bag at all. The color looked a bit dull to me so I turned it down. My awesome SA agreed at the bag was not for me and told me to wait again to see what she could find. Five mins later, she came back with three boxes:
1: 35 kelly Etain
2: A 32 red kelly
3: And this beautyView attachment 3541837
I gasped when I saw the bag. I felt so lucky to have met awesome SA and was able to buy this bag. Thanks and good luck to all on your bag hunt!

Sorry for a bit out of topic but i need your help.
This April, i was served by a male SA and got offer a Birkin. Then i got his name card. Now i will come back FSH in Jan and would love to visit H Museum. I sent my email to the general email in the name card but got no reply.
As i do not have any connection with my local store, please kindly direct me the way to connect and get permission to visit H Museum. I really appreciate your help.
