I was flabbergasted that she even remembered my name and my choices with the sheer volume of people she see everyday at FSH.
Ten minutes later, she came back with a large box, a 32, black Kelly, PHW in swift leather. I tried on the bag, but didn't like the bag at all. The color looked a bit dull to me so I turned it down. My awesome SA agreed at the bag was not for me and told me to wait again to see what she could find. Five mins later, she came back with three boxes:
1: 35 kelly Etain
2: A 32 red kelly
3: And this beautyView attachment 3541837
I gasped when I saw the bag. I felt so lucky to have met awesome SA and was able to buy this bag. Thanks and good luck to all on your bag hunt!

Thank you for sharing in my joy everyone. This purse is particularly special to me as it is my first Kelly bag (only have 2 evelynes so far) and a wedding present from my dear fiancé. :biggrin::heart:

We came back today to make an appointment with our sweet SA, and he was able to see us right away as the store opened! We were so touched that he remembered our names and what I had asked for... The longest 10 minutes happened (but we had other SAs taking as long at previous appointment, so I wasn't sure what to think...)

Then our sweet SA came back with 3 boxes, 1 square and 2 rectangular, and whispered that we should move to a more private area from the scarf counter! He mentioned that he didn't want a revolt from other clients!!!

I didn't know what could be in the rectangular boxes, but my heart was pounding!!!
