Wow - I never even considered it for men but it looks great! I think it is such a classy and sleek design, and personally, I have been drooling over it and love the way you describe wearing it as "sensual"!
Hello LeLion! I remember when this used to be men's watch and came in 3 sizes. Now it's ladies only, come in small, medium and I believe there is a mini version too. If you have any other photos of Panthere, would love to see it! My plan for the next year
Hi do you still like the chopard happy sport? i’m thinking about it latelyI have Chopard Happy Sport (older model) with diamonds and Cartier BB with diamonds so for some reason the Panthere looks best w/out diamonds on me. I like the way you've described your panthere fits, that's the fit I want (so it wouldn't flip all the way), hopefully they can resize it that way. I was also considering two tone (although most of my jewelry is white gold) but ss probably looks best in this model. Is there a Cartier boutique near where you live? I'm fortunate that mine is less than 30 min from our home and 15 min from my work
Hi! I’m so sorry I didn’t see your question until now (had surgery around that time so wasn’t watching my emails). I love my medium Panthere. It’s a beautiful watch, very bracelet/jewelry style, and I’m so happy I chose it. At some point I will still get one with diamonds. I haven’t been wearing my watches or jewelry very often during the pandemic. My handbag collection is also sitting unused. Really looking forward to the world getting back to normal!
I still love it and wear it! They redesigned it several years ago and both old and new models are beautiful!
Hope you are doing well! I ended up getting small panthere in ss with diamonds. Love this model and wear it all the time. In the future I think I am also interested in the same model but YG with the diamonds. The look of this watch is just amazing!!

I did not pull the trigger yet for my dreamy Panthere.
I'm also looking on the resale market as the price of the vintage YG Panthere is quite interesting.
Right now, I'm narrowing it down to the small YG with diamonds vs. 2 tones with diamonds.
I'd love to have your opinion on these 2 models as well. I'm not sure if the full YG will be too flashy for daily wear or not. The 2 tones with diamonds seems to be the safest look but there's not much choice on the resale market. So I have to go for the new one and the price is nearly the same as the second-hand YG.

I personally like solid metal, either white gold or stainless steel or solid YG.
I am also thinking of getting this watch in YG down the road, it's such an elegant and beautiful watch.

We’re vaccinated and blessedly back to normal here too. I’m going out into the world wearing watches and carrying handbags again. Funny story—I live in a colonial city and volunteer with the historic foundation. A couple weeks ago I was absorbed in whatever I was working on when a guest silently approached, leaned in closely and whispered, “There’s nothing more beautiful than a classic Cartier watch.”I didn’t see the guest approach so I was taken by surprise and kind of jumped back. Then I realized I was wearing my Tank Francaise, which honestly flies so low under the radar that nobody ever notices it. At that point I just agreed and we had a short conversation about our mutual love of Cartier watches.
I haven’t picked up the Panthere with diamonds yet. Instead I became obsessed with my handbag collection for some reason. I ended up adding two classic Chanel flaps, a Lady Dior, a couple YSL bags, a couple of Mulberry bags, and most recently a few varieties of straw/rattan bags for summer. I guess I collect in phases??
) The Panthere with diamonds is still on my to-do list. I’m thinking I’ll turn back to watches and jewelry in the fall-lol.
