Gold vermeil is gold plated over STERLING SILVER with at least 3 micron thick of gold (which is pretty thick in this case) so it lasts longer and won't wear easily. I've never heard anybody complain about the quality of gold vermeil items.

Hi, and welcome! I have ordered from Collectabead many times. Their beads are authentic and they ship fast. I recently ordered two of the gold Muranos from them and was very pleased.

I'll third Collectabead. I'm very anxiously awaiting two gold beads.

Has anyone ordered from yaziling_2? He/she/it has gold plated beads for very cheap. The pictures look like they were ripped off some Pandora site. They CAN'T look that good. Yes, I'll happily buy gold and gold-plated beads. :)

I just got my order from Pandora at Mall of America! Since none of my favorite stores have the new beads, I ordered from PandoraMOA on Monday and now they are here (Wednesday)!! Talk about quick shipping. I got the "Genesis" bead (grape rhodolite dangle) and the new red CZ oval lights. I added the red lights to my red bracelet and I am wearing the Genesis bead on an empty bracelet, just like the cover of the new Pandora catalog.

My camera is on the fritz, but as soon as I find the other one, I will take and post new pictures.

I've purchased from Collectabead many times, they are awesome!

I also just purchased from PandoraMOA for the 1st time, I was very happy. Their prices are not as good as Collectbead, but they do have all of the new beads in and the leather bracelets that I wanted to try.

Thanks for all of the input. I've just ordered 2 gold beads from Collectabead and I'm bidding on a few others :).... I'm on my second bracelet now as I keep buying new beads replacing my older ones. :D

I've also been lucky enough to buy the new maple leaf bead from my store, although they are not expecting any of the other fall beads until the end of Nov.

I've ordered from PandoraMOA several times and the service is great. Anxiously waiting on my new beads:graucho:

I just got my new leather bracelet today! I got the single brown leather one and I really like it. It's so different b/c it feels very light. I got the 17.5 cm. size and it looks tiny in the package but I think it will be fine because I'm only planning to put a few beads on it. (Right now it just has one lonely bead!) I like the concept of a bracelet that's only supposed to have a few beads, b/c often there are beads I like but just don't fit with the themes on my full bracelets, so I'm thinking this way I could switch the beads out easily without having to dismantle my full bracelets. I would be interested to hear what other people who have the new leather bracelets think of them.
