Hi ilvbeadsalot i think you should ring the shop and tell them over the phone what happened and ask if you are able to buy the bead that you want the charm and just see what they say. Maybe the sales person was just inexperienced and didn't know Or maybe it was just because it was busy and they didn't want to have to get it off the display. Just see what they say theres nothing to lose x

^^ That's really bad, Ilvbeadsalot. I've purchased display beads before when they've been the last one in stock, and a couple of times have even been given a slight discount because they have been display goods.
I would agree, phone the manager and ask her why the SA didn't sell her the bead you wanted...i'm a store Manager and i'd be really angry if one of my members of staff just wouldn't sell a customer something they wanted. Explain you're a loyal customer and that was no way to treat a customer whom they wanted to return.

MARIA ... what you say makes alot of sense and that is what I was thinking. As the bead is now no longer available, it's not like they will get more stock in and what will happen to the one on display??? Chucked in the bin??? LOL!!! :laugh:

Hey Ladies!! I'm so excited that I needed to share the news with you guys! I just won the Chamilia purse bead on ebay for $40 which it is $70 retail WOOOHOOO!!!! This is the bead the seller just listed another one if anyone is interested i'm sure it will got for $40 again! I just love this purse because it almost looks like a designer handbag lol....

Hello ladies! How did you spent Valentine's Day? Did you get anything new to add to the collection? I got the beautiful 79436_ER bead from my bf so I have to rearrange the lariat and take new pics (coming soon!)
