I notice a lot of people have their bracelets and beads displayed in the pretty white and pink Pandora boxes. I've bought two bracelets and several beads from authorized dealers, and some beads from the actual Pandora store and haven't gotten any boxes. Do they cost extra? Do you have to spend a certain amount to get them? My bracelet is jealous and wants its own box!

but how does she know when kendalldew will list. And she can't know the item numbers. Unless she's getting notification beforehand

"Mamsgrammy" is using a program that bids on a persons behalf. Basically all you do is enter in the end dates for auctions and the item numbers and the program then goes through and sweeps the listings...... there can even be an auto alert as soon as a seller lists an item.

These programs are frightfully unfair for the rest of us who sit at our computers and frantically try and bid when listings are ending.

By your description it seems you are speaking of the large size Pandora gift box. Maybe your shoppe does not buy them? When you buy a bracelet they should put it in that size box. I have dealt with many shoppes who choice not to buy them. Go to a concept store and ask for one if they say no (1st never return there lol) buy a basic bead and ask them to place it in a large Pandora gift box. Or I am sure they maybe on ebay too! Good Luck you definitely need one!

when the pandora store in king of prussia first opened, they had a promotion, with ANY purchase, get a free bracelet. they included the bracelet box. The smaller boxes I have gotten from various jewelers when I purchase in the mail. I know waterfall jewelers sends them and I'm sure many others. The jeweler ususally bears the cost of the boxes, although at some websites, I've seen if you pay extra you can get the boxes.

Yes, that's what I meant! Denmark Beads shows all of its bead gift sets in the boxes:

I went to the new Pandora store at the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh this weekend. Their grand opening was last weekend, and they had some promotion where you got a free gift with a $100 purchase, but I don't know what it was. Maybe it was the large travel jewelry box?

Anyway, the store was packed, and when I was in line, I kept watching to see how everyone's beads and bracelets were packed. I didn't see any of the Pandora gift boxes. One woman bought six beads, and each was placed in a black rectangle-shaped box. My beads (which I said were a gift because I assumed that meant they would be wrapped prettier!) were wrapped in tissue paper, then placed in little small cardboard Pandora envelopes. It was cute, but I was hoping for the box.

I would have asked, but the place was so busy. I'll have to go back soon and ask them. Thanks for your help!

I got my travel case for $30 at the Pandora store.

I ordered one of those for my mom online, but I meant the individual box for one bracelet. They're white with pink trim. I tried to find a photo, but haven't had any luck.

Did your Pandora store have the travel jewelry boxes on display or did you have to ask? I went to one this weekend, and I didn't see them anywhere, and didn't want to ask because they were super busy since it was the day before Valentine's Day.

Our Grand Opening was a couple weeks ago, the free gift w/ $100 purchase was a business card case.. Nothing to tempt me to buy more than the $65 I did spend.

ETA: When my DH got me my bracelet for Christmas they put it in one of the boxes.. of course he spent about $300 so I don't know if that determines if you get a box or not. I've only purchased beads & they always put them in tissue in the little 'envelopes'.

Tomorrow with daylight I'll take the pics, I've already rearranged the leather lariat and I love it!!
Your bf was really sweet! that's a great present with your kids initials, and besides you can have lots of fun with the necklace adding some pieces ;)

Cant wait for pics!! My valentines day pretty from my hubby is on the last page (i think....last page or the one before that...)

Hi leannnnn, I don't know why you aren't getting your boxes with your bracelets, it may be, as it has been mentioned above, beacause your retailer doesn't buy them. I've got the large boxes for both of my bracelets plus two more in different smaller sizes: a medium one when bought a lariat with two beads and a little one for two clips and a bead (with CZ). And all in different shops.
Next time you buy some beads ask the salesperson if she has a large box to keep your bracelet since you've got any and you've seen them, if she's kind enough she will give you one.

I spoke too soon! Here's the type I was talking about:

Those boxes really depend on whether the store itself orders them because Pandora does charge the retailers for those boxes. Another thing to keep in mind is that Pandora itself has been really backordered for a lot of charms, catalogs and boxes since Christmas/holiday time so maybe some of the Pandora retailers have ran out of those too.
