Since the Pandora site recommended adding 2cm to your actual wrist size I bought a 7.5 inch (19cm) bracelet. The bracelet is about 3/4 full of beads and I planning on buying additional beads. Its fits fine with the beads I've purchased so far.

However, if I fill completely fill my bracelet is the additional 2cm enough? Or should I move up the 7.9 inch (20 cm) length? Any suggestions?

Thank you!!

It depends how loose you would like to wear the bracelet and I also find that some beads tend to be a little bulkier than others. Can you go into a retailer and try on a full bracelet - that is what I did.

Ladies, I am so upset! I dropped my bracelet today and the amethyst dangle on my grape charm cracked right in half!! I could only find one half of it, who knows what happened to the other half! I purchased it from Kendalldew so I think my chance of getting a store to replace it is slim to none. Anybody have this happen to them? UGH! :crybaby:

I too have a cracked murano bead, It's still whole. It has a hairline crack and you can see like orange stuff on metal bit. I only noticed it when I was out in the sunlight so it could've been like that for ages. I bought the bead almost 2 years ago so I doubt any chance of a replacement, I'm just a bit disappointed as I have 5 other murano beads.

Good luck with your bead and let us know how you go.

With my bracelet I added 3cm and I'm only 2-3 beads from it being full, it's fine to wear but if I get another bracelet (which I probably will) I will add 4cm. I have 5 murano beads which do bulk it up a bit. Usually your jeweller will let you try on a few different sizes so you can decide as everyone is different.

mitties27, I bought a bead on eBay that eventually lost a stone (it was the 14k gold rose peridot bead). I took it to one of my local jewelers and told them that I didn't buy it through them but I wanted it repaired. They sent it back to pandora and pandora fixed the bead for free. I don't think Pandora really cares to know where you got the bead, as long as it's an authentic bead. If you can find a local jeweler who will send it back for you, you should be fine.

Thanks everyone for the advice! I think I'll take ponygirl's advice and see what happens... Hopefully they'll offer to send it off for me. The lady that owns the shop that I go to exchanged my first bracelet that I got because it was going to be too small once I loaded it up with charms. Maybe she'll be just as kind this time! If not, I'll try some other places. :ty:

This is my step daughter's bracelet. She is now six and has had it since she was 3. I bought her her's for Xmas that year and loved it so much went back the next day with my DH to get me one. I got her a 17cm barrel clasp bracelet and it fits her perfectly now that it is full. Her wrist is 15 cm (bigger than mine) She only wears it on special occassions or go "shopping" but she would love to be able to wear it to school as her teachers do! She now has a silver necklace with the barrel clasp which we started earlier this year. I LOVE my jewellery and I love being able to "share" something with her.

It does not live in her jewellery box - but in mine for safe keeping, as it is worth a small fortune.. I hope to be able to collect them for her for years.

LOL- my daughter has her own Pandora Jewellery box which actually lives in my room on my dresser- she is only allowed to wear it on special occassions too so still not sure how it ended up on the road that time?!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I bought myself the Ametheyst Love Knott bead today- I Love it and i ordered a two tone high heal dangle bead from ebay- which i was disappointed didn't arrive today actually. Got the Dangle for $91AU including postage so was pleased as it's $153au over here. So my 2nd bracelet is almost completed- now i just need to work on the lariat that's been stuck empty and un used for the last 2 months.

Thanks I just got some great stuff...it's the first time I've caught her sales and they are going fast!

It's the first time I ever caught her auctions too! Got some clips and a pineapple for my daughter's bracelet that I just started, and a green flower Murano for a birthday present for my friends daughter. I can't believe how fast her items go!!

You guys are so lucky - she won't ship to the UK!:crybaby:

Hope you got some great beads.

That's too bad that she won't ship to the UK  I got the blouse with the heart, I love you bead (for my Mom), Queen Bee (for a friend) & the flower bouquet. Really great prices too! :D

Fantastic - at Kendalldew's prices they make great presents, whether for yourself or friends / relatives. I'm sure your Mom will be thrilled with the one you've chosen for her. Lovely. :D
