I haven’t received the last two either but I was invited via email to the VIP sale that was held tonight at my outlet which was strange because I haven’t used that email in years! I texted my SA at the outlet and she said that the outlets have a certain window where they have these customer events/VIP sale evenings where you get the extra% off. Some outlets do them on a weekday, others on a weekend. She wasn’t the manager on duty for the last two dates that was picked for my outlet but assumed I was invited, she apologized for the wrong email and promised to invite me even when she wasn’t on duty. I don’t know if this is why sometimes we are invited or not?? Depends on what list the manager uses? Coach is always fun to deal with!
I have always gotten a refund to my paypal account and it says on the website that they do this. I wonder why some aren't getting it?

Ah I see. I have to return by mail because I don't have any store near me, FP or Outlet. I wouldn't use paypal in that case either. What a PITA.

Something very odd happened - I walked into the Ellenton, FL outlet and they had all these great boutique deletes at 70% off! Rouges, etc - I looked at them and walked away / came back and the shelves were stripped bare! I asked why and the SA said they got an e-mail that told them to do it- strange!
I spy my denim rogue 36 that's coming my way. I waited and waited. Boom. It is 70% off
